Abstract
Kegiatan konservasi terumbu karang di pantai Bangsring dimulai pada tahun 2008 dan dibentuk menjadi area Ekowisata pada tahun 2014. Ekowisata Bangsring Underwater merupakan tempat wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi. Kawasan pantai Bangsring memiliki pemandangan yang indah, pantai yang berhadapan dengan pulau Bali, pulau Menjangan dan Pulau tabuhan menyajikan keindahan dengan ciri khas tersendiri. Keberadaan Ekowisata Bangsring Underwater memberikan pengaruh terhadap sumberdaya alam maupun bagi pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Daya pikat terumbu karang dan alam sekitar Ekowista yang terjaga akan menarik datangnya wisatawan. Dengan banyaknya wisatawan yang datang akan mempengaruhi kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar Bangsring Underwater. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan profil Ekowisata Bangsring Underwater, mendiskripsikan usaha yang diakses masyarakat dan menganalisis profitabilitas para pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu random sampling atau sampling jenuh. Ekowisata Bangsring Underwater dimulai pada tahun 2014 dan di dalam kawasan wisata ini terdapat beberapa fasilitas wahana dan fasilitas umum. Keindahan terumbu karang adalah daya pikat utama yang dimiliki ekowisata ini sebagai penarik pengunjung. Terdapat dua sektor usaha yang diakses oleh mayarakat yaitu sektor perikanan dan sektor non perikanan. Usaha sektor perikanan terdiri dari pedagang ikan hias dan pedagang kuliner olahan ikan, sedang non perikanan terdiri dari pedagang kuliner, souvenir, penyewaan kamar mandi, guide dan penyewaan kapal. Usaha yang diakses masyarakat sekitar Bangsring Underwater tersebut layak untuk dilanjutkan. Dengan adanya ekowisata akan menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif pada bidang ekonomi masyarakat seperti yang disebut dalam UU. RI. No. 9 tahun 1990 dan juga memberi pengaruh positif bagi ekologi sekitar.
English Abstract
Coral reef conservation activities at Bangsring beach started in 2008 and formed into Ecotourism area in 2014. Bangsring Underwater Ecotourism is an interesting place to visit. Bangsring beach area has beautiful scenery, the beach facing the island of Bali, Menjangan island and island puddle presents the beauty with its own characteristics. The existence of Bangsring Underwater Ecotourism gives influence to natural resources as well as for the income of the surrounding community. The allure of coral reefs and nature around the wakeful Ecotourism will attract tourists. With the number of tourists who come will affect the economic activities of the community around Bangsring Underwater. The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of Bangsring Underwater Ecotourism, to describe the business that is accessed by the community and to analyze the profitability of the business actors. This research uses qualitative-quantitative descriptive research method with sampling technique that is random sampling or saturated sampling. Bangsring Underwater Ecotourism begins in 2014 and within this tourist area there are several rides and public facilities facilities. The beauty of coral reefs is the main attraction of this ecotourism as a visitor puller. There are two business sectors that are accessed by the society that is fishery sector and non fishery sector. The fishery sector business consists of ornamental fish traders and culinary traders of processed fish, while non-fishery consists of culinary traders, souvenirs, bathroom rentals, guide and boat rental. Businesses accessed by the community around Bangsring Underwater are eligible to continue. With the existence of ecotourism will cause a positive influence on the economic field of society as mentioned in the Act. RI. No. 9 in 1990 and also positively influenced the surrounding ecology.
