Abstract
Hepatitis B adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) yang mengakibatkan peradangan atau infeksi pada hepatosit sehingga terjadi pembengkakan dan pelunakan hepar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola terapi antihepatitis B (jenis obat, dosis obat, frekuensi obat, rute obat, dan lama pemakaian antihepatitis B) serta mengetahui efikasi terapi antihepatitis B dengan melihat pola penurunan dan pencapaian target nilai ALT dan jumlah DNA HBV selama penggunaan antihepatitis B. Metode penelitian ini yaitu observasional deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode kohort pada 21 pasien terapi antihepatitis B yang patuh serta memiliki data nilai ALT dan DNA HBV di Poli Penyakit Dalam RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar. Data dianalisis dengan uji T tidak berpasangan. Berdasarkan hasil uji T tidak berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (p > 0,05) pada terapi lamivudin dan telbivudin pada bulan ke-0 (p = 0,518), bulan ke-6 (p = 1,000), dan bulan ke-18 (p = 1,000) terhadap nilai ALT. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada terapi lamivudin dan telbivudin pada bulan ke-0 (p = 0,724) terhadap nilai DNA HBV. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif yaitu terdapat hubungan antara terapi lamivudin dan telbivudin dengan nilai ALT dan DNA HBV. Kesimpulan dari penetian ini adalah terdapat hubungan pada terapi lamivudin dan telbivudin dengan nilai ALT (menurunkan sampai batas normal) dan DNA HBV (menurunkan secara bertahap sampai tidak terdeteksi) pada pasien hepatitis B.
English Abstract
Hepatitis B is a disease caused by Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) which causes inflammation or infection in hepatocytes resulting in swelling and hepatic softening. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of antihepatitis B therapy (drug type, drug dose, drug frequency, drug route, and duration of therapy) and to know the efficacy of antihepatitis B therapy by looking at the pattern of decreasing and achieving the target of ALT values and the level of HBV DNA during the use of antihepatitis B. The method of this study was observational descriptive analytic by using cohort method on 21 patients with adherent usage of antihepatitis B therapy and have data of ALT value HBV DNA at Policlinic of Internal Medicine at Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. Data were analyzed by Independen t-test. Based on the result of Independen t-test there was no significant differences (p > 0.05) in lamivudine and telbivudine therapy at month 0 (p = 0.518), month 6 (p = 1.000), and month 18 (p = 1.000) to ALT values. There was no significant differences in lamivudine and telbivudine therapy at month 0 (p = 0.724) against HBV DNA values. Based on the result of descriptive analysis there is a relationship between lamivudine and telbivudine with ALT and HBV DNA values. The conclusion of this study is there are relation on lamivudine and telbivudine therapy in ALT (decrease to normal limits) and HBV DNA values (decrease gradually until undetected) in hepatitis B patients
