Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa kinerja di KPRI Universitas Negeri Malang dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang berhubungan dengan perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Dari hasil analisis melalui metode Balanced Scorecard diketahui bahwa kinerja KPRI Universitas Negeri Malang menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dari indikator Perspektif Keuangan yaitu Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, dan Rasio Rentabilitas yang baik, semua indikator Perspektif Keuangan mengisyaratkan KPRI telah bekerja dengan baik. Indikator Perspektif Keanggotaan menunjukkan hasil yang baik meskipun akuisisi anggota menurun, dibuktikan dengan Retensi Pelanggan menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dan kepuasan pelanggan yang baik. Pengamatan langsung pada Perspektif Bisnis Internal menunjukkan proses inovasi, proses operasi, dan layanan purna jual yang baik. Indikator Perspektif Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan menunjukkan retensi pekerja yang cenderung stabil, produktivitas karyawan yang meningkat, kapabilitas sistem informasi yang baik, dan motivasi yang meningkat, meskipun pelatihan dan pendidikan yang dilaksanakan koperasi kurang.
English Abstract
The purpose of this descriptive study is to analyze and determine the performance of KPRI of State University of Malang using Balanced Scorecard. The data of this study are those related to financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth perspective. Based on the results of Balanced Scorecard analysis, the performance of KPRI of State University of Malang is good. It is shown by the fact that the Financial Perspective indicators, consisting of Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Good Rentability Ratio, indicate that KPRI has been working well. The Membership Perspective Indicators also show good results despite the decline on member acquisition. It is evidenced by the fact that customer retention is low and customer satisfaction is high. Direct observation on Internal Business Perspective results in good innovative process, good operating process, and good after-sales service. In the perspective of Learning and Growth, the retention of workers is stable, employee productivity increases, information system capabilities is good, and motivation increases in spite of the poor training and education held by KPRI of State University of Malang.
