Abstract

Universitas Brawijaya mempunyai website yang digunakan untuk menyediakan informasi terkait dokumen/ jurnal yang dibutuhkan pengguna yaitu website Portal Jurnal dan website Student Journal. kedua website tersebut masih digunakan dan di kelola oleh UPT TIK Universitas Brawijaya. Berdasarkan layanan komplain (e-complaint) terdapat keluhan dari pengguna website Portal Jurnal yaitu user kesulitan untuk login karena username dan password tidak terintegrasi dengan nim dan password, dan pada website Student Journal yaitu kesulitan dalam mengupload jurnal karena tampilan untuk author dan editornya tidak ada, maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan pada website Portal Jurnal dan website Student Journal menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality. Data yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh 100 responden yang dianalisa menggunakan IPA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat kesesuaian pada website Portal Jurnal yaitu 94,13% dan website Student Journal yaitu 94,06%, dapat dinyatakan bahwa tingkat kinerja kedua website tersebut masih dibawah harapan pengguna, sedangkan pada hasil analisis tingkat kesenjangan (gap) pada website Portal Jurnal yaitu -0,35 dan website Student Journal yaitu -0,36, dapat dinyatakan bahwa kualitas layanan kurang puas dan, pada analisis kuadran IPA pernyataan yang terletak pada kuadran I (Prioritas Utama) pada website Portal Jurnal terdapat 3 pernyataan yaitu U3, U4, SIQ21, dan pada website Student Journal terdapat 4 pernyataan yaitu U3, U4, IQ12, SIQ19. sedangkan pernyataan yang terletak pada kuadran III (Prioritas Rendah) pada website Portal Jurnal terdapat 7 pernyataan yaitu U5, U6, U7, SIQ17, SIQ18, SIQ19, SIQ20, dan pada website Student Journal terdapat 9 pernyataan yaitu U5, U7, U8,IQ13, SIQ16, SIQ17, SIQ18, SIQ20,SIQ21. Pernyataan tersebut harus ditingkatkan lagi kinerjanya agar dapat memuaskan pengguna.

English Abstract

Brawijaya University has a website that is used to provide information related documents / journals required by the user of Journal Portal website and Student Journal website. both websites are still used and managed by UPT TIK Universitas Brawijaya. Based on the complaint service (e-complaint) there is a complaint from users of Portal Journal website that the user difficulties to login because the username and password is not integrated with the nim and password, and on the Student Journal website that is difficulty in uploading the journal because the display for the author and editor does not exist, therefore this study was conducted to evaluate the quality of service on Journal Portal website and Student Journal website using Webqual 4.0 and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The variables used in this research are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. Data obtained based on the questionnaire that has been filled by 100 respondents who analyzed using IPA. Based on the results of the analysis of the suitability level on Journal Portal website that is 94.13% and the Student Journal website is 94.06%, it can be stated that the performance level of both websites is still below user expectation, while in the result of gap level analysis on Journal Portal website namely -0.35 and the Student Journal website is -0.36, it can be stated that the quality of service is less satisfied and, on IPA quadrant analysis statement located in quadrant I (Main Priority) on Journal Portal website there are 3 statements namely U3, U4, SIQ21, and on Student Journal website there are 4 statement that is U3, U4, IQ12, SIQ19. while statements are located in quadrant III (Low Priority) on Journal Portal website there are 7 statements that are U5, U6, U7, SIQ17, SIQ18, SIQ19, SIQ20, and on Student Journal website there are 9 statement that is U5, U7, U8, IQ13, SIQ16, SIQ17, SIQ18, SIQ20, SIQ21. The statement should be upgraded in order to satisfy the user.
