Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor individu terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa Perpajakan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Faktor individual yang diteliti terdiri dari locus of control, gender, pengalaman kerja, dan equity sensitivity. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui internal Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Perpajakan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi simultan (F) dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel locus of control, gender, pengalaman kerja, dan equity sensitivity berpengaruh terhadap perilaku etis Mahasiswa Perpajakan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil uji parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel locus of control dan equity sensitivity berpengaruh terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa Perpajakan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Kemudian pada variabel gender dan pengalaman kerja menunjukkan bahwa variabel gender dan pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa Perpajakan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa locus of control, gender, pengalaman kerja, dan equity sensitivity secara bersama-sama berpengaruh memberikan pengaruh sebesar 8.8% terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa Perpajakan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya.
English Abstract
This research was to find out the influence of individual factors towards students’ behavior of taxation students Faculty of Administration University of Brawijaya. The individual factors that being researched were locus of control, gender, working experience, and the equity sensitivity. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data used were sourced from primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained through internal faculty of administration. The population of this research was the active students of Taxation Study Program Faculty of Administration. The sample taken was around 100 respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling. Methods of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of simultaneous significance test (F) that the locus of control, gender, working experience, and equity sensitivity influenced the ethical behavior of Taxation students Faculty of Administration University of Brawijaya. The results of partial test (t) showed that locus of control and equity sensitivity influenced ethical behavior of Taxation students, Faculty of Administration University of Brawijaya. Furthermore, the gender and working experience showed that gender and working experience did not influence the ethical behavior of Taxation students Faculty of Administration University of Brawijaya. Determination of coefficient test results showed that the locus of control, gender, working experience, and the equity sensitivity affected 8.8% towards students’ ethical behavior.
