Abstract
Home industry Elviza merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan pangan di Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang, dengan produk minuman kemasan yaitu Sari Bunga Mawar. Permasalahan pada home industry Elviza adalah kualitas produk yang rendah sehingga produk Sari Bunga Mawar kurang dapat bersaing dengan produk sejenis. Produsen menyadari jika pelanggan kurang puas terhadap kualitas produk Sari Bunga Mawar, namun produsen tidak dapat menentukan prioritas perbaikan atribut produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan atribut produk Sari Mawar Elviza yang dipertimbangkan dan menjadi prioritas dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen berdasarkan Model Kano serta perbaikan yang harus dilakukan oleh home industry untuk pengembangan kualitas produk Sari Bunga Mawar Elviza berdasarkan integrasi Model Kano dan QFD. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, atribut yang dipertimbangkan dan menjadi prioritas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan kepuasan konsumen Sari Bunga Mawar Elviza adalah atribut ukuran, daya tahan kemasan, daya simpan produk, kemudahan produk, dan informasi produk masuk kedalam kategori must-be, yaitu hal dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh produk. Atribut rasa, harga, dan desain kemasan termasuk kedalam kategori one-dimensional, dimana tingkat kepuasan konsumen sesuai dengan tingkat kinerja dari produk. Atribut manfaat kesehatan dan varian rasa termasuk kedalam kategori attractive, yaitu konsumen akan sangat puas jika kinerja dari atribut tersebut baik, namun tingkat kepuasan konsumen tidak akan menurun jika kinerja dari produk belum terpenuhi. Perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh home industry untuk pengembangan kualitas produk Sari Bunga Mawar Elviza berdasarkan integrasi Model Kano dan QFD yaitu penambahan informasi produk, pemilihan jenis dan bahan kemasan, pengawasan proses pengemasan, pelatihan karyawan, komposisi bahan baku, meningkatkan relasi dengan pemasok bahan baku, dan yang terakhir penyebaran agen. Saran untuk Home Industry Elviza sebaiknya melaksanakan perbaikan kualitas sesuai dengan rekomendasi prioritas perbaikan yaitu penambahan informasi produk berupa tanggal kadaluwarsa, tanggal produksi, dan kandungan gizi. Mengganti bahan kemasan dengan ukuran yang lebih tebal, dan melakukan pengawasan pada saat proses pengemasan menggunakan cup sealer. Sedangkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya disertai dengan rancangan biaya perbaikan dengan mempertimbangkan keterbatasan dana yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Selain itu, jumlah responden yang digunakan lebih banyak untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat.
English Abstract
Home industry Elviza is one of the food processing industry in Dau Subdistrict of Malang Regency, which produce of roses product. The problem in Home Industry Elviza is the low quality of roses product. Customers are not satisfied with the quality of roses products, but the producer can not determine the priority of product attribute improvement. This study aims to map the attributes of roses products become a priority based on consumer needs used Kano Model and improvements that must be made by the home industry for the development of roses product quality use integration of Kano Model and QFD. The result of this research, there are attributes become a priority based on consumer needs used Kano Model is attribute netto, packaging durability, storability, products are easy to find, and product information entered into must-be category, that is basic which must be owned by the product. Flavor, price, and packaging design fall into the one-dimensional category, where the level of customer satisfaction matches the performance level of the product. Attributes of health benefits and flavor variants are included in the attractive category, that is the consumer will be very satisfied if the performance of the attribute is good, but the level of customer satisfaction will not decrease if the performance of the product has not been fulfilled. Improvements to be made by the home industry to develop the quality of roses products based on the integration of Kano Model and QFD, there are addition of product information, the selection of types and packaging materials, the supervision of the packaging process, the training of the employees, the composition of raw materials, increasing the relation with raw material suppliers, and the last deployment of agents. Suggestions for Home Industry Elviza should implement quality improvement in accordance with the priority recommendation of improvement there are the addition of product information in the form of expiration date, production date, and nutrient content. Replace thicker packing materials, and supervise the packaging process using a cup sealer. As for further research should be accompanied by the design of repair costs by considering the limitations of funds owned by the company. In addition, the number of respondents who used more to get more accurate results.
