Abstract
Tujuan dari dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai implementasi peraturan pemerintah nomor 46 tahun 2013, serta kendala yang dihadapi oleh sentra industri kerajinan perak Desa Batankrajan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran pajak yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin di Sentra industri kerajinan perak Desa Batankrajan Kecamatan Gedeg Kabupaten Mojokerto belum berjalan sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2013. Implementasi Peraturan ini juga mengalami kendala yaitu kurangnya kesadaran wajib pajak dalam membayarkan kewajibannya dikarenakan wajib pajak belum mengerti Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 46 tahun 2013 dan juga adanya wajib pajak yang menghindar dalam membayarkan kewajibannya serta belum adanya sosialisasi peraturan pemerintah nomor 46 tahun 2013.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the description of the implementation of government regulation number 46 of 2013, as well as obstacles faced by the silver industry center of Batankrajan Village. This research uses qualitative research method with case study approach. Methods of data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the tax payments made by craftsmen at the Central of silver handicraft industry Batankrajan Village Gedeg Sub-District Mojokerto Regency has not run in accordance with Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013. Implementation of this Regulation also has constraints that is the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying their obligations due to taxpayers Do not understand the Government Regulation number 46 of 2013 and also the existence of taxpayers who avoid paying their obligations and the lack of socialization of government regulations number 46 of 2013.
