Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti tentang pengaruh dari kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi, pemanfaatan, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) di Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi model dari Technology to Performance Chain (TPC) dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk menganalisis faktorfaktor yang dapat mempengaruhi didalam penerapan SIA. Faktor tersebut adalah kesesuaian tugas dan teknologi, pemanfaatan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 karyawan IKM di Malang yang terdaftar sebagai perusahaan yang aktif di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan pada tahun 2016/2017 diperoleh dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melalukan survei yang menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk kertas sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel task-technology fit tidak mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di SMI Malang karena responden tidak mengetahui pentingnya penerapan teknologi informasi. Sebaliknya, pemanfaatan dan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan IKM di Malang. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam menggunakan SIA adalah kepuasan pengguna.
English Abstract
This study is aimed to provide evidence related to the influences of Task Technology Fit (TTF), utilization, and user satisfaction towards employee performance in using Accounting Information System (AIS) in Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) Malang. This study uses a model combining the Technology to Performance Chain (TPC) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) to analyze the factors that may affect the implementation of AIS. Those factors are Task technology fit, utilization, and user satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used is 40 employees of SMIs in Malang registered as an active company in Department of Industry and Commerce year of 2016/2017 obtained using nonprobability sampling. Data collection method in this research is done by conducting survey with a paper questionnaire as its instrument. This data analysis is conducted using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that task technology fit do not affect the employee performance in SMIs Malang because the respondents are not aware about the important of the application of information technology. However, utilization, and user satisfaction positively affect the employee performance in SMIs Malang. The variable that has the most influence on employee performance of using AIS is user satisfaction.
