Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis atraktan yang berbeda dan menentukan jenis atraktan yang terbaik dalam formula pakan terhadap daya cerna protein, lemak dan energi pada benih ikan bawal air tawar (C. macropomum). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu penambahan jenis atraktan yang berbeda dalam pakan isoprotein 30 % dan isoenergi 350 kkal/100g, antara lain perlakuan A (kontrol/tanpa penambahan atraktan), B (minyak ikan), C (minyak cumi) dan D (minyak udang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan jenis atraktan yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh terhadap daya cerna protein, lemak dan energi. Jenis atraktan terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan C (minyak cumi) dengan nilai daya cerna protein sebesar 75,50±0,19%, daya cerna lemak sebesar 91,86±1,33% dan daya cerna energi sebesar 77,02±2,15%.
English Abstract
The aim of this study was to know the effect of different types of attractants and determine the best types of attractants in diet for protein, lipid and energy digestibility of Colossoma macropomum. This study used experiment method based on Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatments used were the different types of attractants in diet with 30% isoprotein and of 350 kcal/100g isoenergy, such treatment A (control/without addition of attractant), B (fish oil), C (squid oil) and D (shrimp oil). The results showed that different types of attractants in diet were significantly influence the digestibility of protein, lipid and energy of Colossoma macropomum. The best attractants was in treatment C (squid oil), with protein digestibility value of 75,50±0,19%, lipid digestibility of 91,86±1,33% and energy digestibility of 77,02±2,15%.
