Abstract
Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menyajikan pembahasan mengenai konflik yang terjadi setelah relokasi PKL yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dimana setelah relokasi terdapat beberapa dinamika konflik dan selanjutnya dilakukan penyelesaian konflik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunaka metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada dinamika konflik yang terjadi setalah relokasi PKL ke Pasar Baru Krian. Dinamika konflik tersebut yaitu proses sosialisasi relokasi yang terlambat, adanya permasalah internal dalam Paguyuban PKL Merah Putih dan pembukaan lahan parkir bekas lahan relokasi. Sejauh ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo telah melakukan penyelesaian konflik. Beberapa pihak yang menyelesaikan konflik diantaranya Kecamatan Krian, DPRD Kabupaten Sidoarjo Komisi B dan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian.
English Abstract
In this research the author present a discussion of the conflict that occurred after relocating street vendor conducted by Government of Sidoarjo. Where once the relocation of some of the dynamics of conflict and further do conflict resolution. In this research the author used a descriptive qualitative research method with approachcase studies. Using data collection techniques interviews, observation and documentation. As foe the data analysis techniques, the researchers used a method of condensation of the data, the presentation of the data and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The result of this research show there is a dynamic of conflicts that occur after relocation of street vendor into the Krian Market areas. The dynamics of the conflict, namely the process of socialization of the relocation late, the existence of an internal problem in the Paguyuban PKL Merah Putih and the opening of the parking area land relocation. So far the Government of Sidoarjo has been conducting conflict resolution. Some people resolve conflict among them Krian areas, DPRD Sidoarjo Commission B and the Departement of trade and industry.
