Abstract

Penelitian model partai mengkaji dan menganalisis partai politik baik dari segi eksternal maupun internal dari partai politik. Partai Perindo sebagai partai baru di Indonesia, menarik untuk diteliti dari segi model partai, pasalnya dalam kemunculannya Partai Perindo tidak terlepas dari peran Harry Tanoesoedibjo yang notabene merupakan konglomerat media di Indonesia, selain itu dalam proses kampanye politik, Partai Perindo tidak pernah terlepas dari peranan media MNC termasuk dalam sumberdaya partai, dalam rekrutmen kader dan anggota partai ini sangat terbuka dan selalu menawarkan program-program seperti gerobak umkm, pembagian traktor gratis, ambulan gratis dan fogging sebagai daya pikat partai untuk menarik anggota dan simpatisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipologi dari Partai Perindo sebagai partai baru di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan snowball sampling yakni dengan wawancara,observasi,dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori model partai oleh Andre Krouwel dimana terdapat lima jenis model partai yakni: partai elit, massa, catch-all, kartel dan firma bisnis dengan mengunakan empat dimensi sebagai alat analisa yakni dimensi asal-usul partai, dimensi elektoral partai, dimensi ideologis partai, dan dimensi organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini setelah dianalisis mengunakan data-data yang telah ditemukan dilapangan menujukan bahwa berberapa indikator menujukan dalam pengorganisasian partai perindo ada kecenderungan Partai Perindo mengarah kepada partai model firma bisnis dan elit, namun tidak semua indikator tersebut sama ada berberapa indikator yang menujukan bahwa Partai Perindo mengarah kepada partai catch-all.

English Abstract

Party model studies examine and analyze the political parties in terms of both external and internal political party. Party Perindo as a new party in Indonesia, interesting to study in terms of models party, the article in the uprising Party Perindo is inseparable from the role of Harry Tanoesoedibjo which incidentally is a media conglomerate in Indonesia, other than that in the process of political campaigns, party Perindo never be separated from the role of the media MNC resource included in the party, in the recruitment of cadres and party members is very open and always offers programs such as free vendor cart, distribution of free tractors, free ambulance and fogging as the allure of the party to attract members and sympathizers. This study aims to determine the typology of Perindo party as a new party in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods with snowball sampling is by interview, observation, and literature. In this study, using the approach of a theoretical model of the party by Andre Krouwel where there are five types of models party namely: the party elite, mass, catch-all,cartels and firm business by using four-dimensional analysis tool that dimension of the origins of the party, the dimensions of the electoral party, party ideological dimension, and the dimension of the organization. The results of this study when analyzed using the data that has been found in the field attribute that couple of indicators indicate in organizing the party perindo there is a tendency Party Perindo lead to the party model of the business firm and the elite, but not all indicators are equally there are couple of indicators that address that the Party Perindo leads to theparty. catch-all
