Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai perkembangan embrio telur ikan komet shubunkin (C. auratus auratus) yang diinkubasi pada media dengan suhu yang berbeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (24oC, 25oC, 26oC, 27oC, 28oC) dan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu waktu perkembangan embrio yang berbeda-beda, sehingga mempengaruhi kecepatan menetas. Kecepatan waktu penetasan pada suhu 24oC selama 2.971 menit, suhu 25oC selama 2.906 menit, suhu 26oC selama 2.831 menit, suhu 27oC selama 2.826 menit, dan suhu 28oC selama 2.824 menit dengan persamaan y = 64,048 – 0,6227x dan R2 = 0,7878. Pada daya tetas telur diperoleh hasil pada suhu 24oC sebesar 72,96%, suhu 25oC sebesar 76,59%, suhu 26oC sebesar 86,69%, suhu 27oC sebesar 69,11%, dan suhu 28oC sebesar 55,78%, dengan persamaan y = -2784,1 + 224,58x – 4,3993x2 dengan R2 = 0,8435 dan x maksimum 25,5oC (25,52oC) serta y maksimum sebesar 82,24%. Kemudian pada abnormalitas larva suhu 24oC sebesar 11,10%, suhu 25oC sebesar 16,53%, suhu 26oC sebesar 20,37%, suhu 27oC sebesar 29,17%, dan suhu 28oC sebesar 42,08%, dengan persamaan y = -170,12 + 7,4606x dan R2 = 0,9102. Selanjutnya pada kelangsungan hidup larva suhu 24oC sebesar 73,24%, suhu 25oC sebesar 75,82%, suhu 26oC sebesar 85,37%, suhu 27oC sebesar 63,69%, dan suhu 28oC sebesar 51,96%, serta diperoleh persamaan y = -2669,2 + 216,83x – 4,275x2 dengan R2 = 0,833 dan x maksimum 25,4 oC (25,36oC) serta y maksimum sebesar 80,23%.

English Abstract

The purpose of this research aimed to know the differences of embryonic development of comet shubukin which was incubated at different temperature. The research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments (24oC, 25oC, 26oC, 27oC, 28oC) and three times test. The result of this research showed the different duration on the embryonic development affect the rapidity of hatching. The rapidity of hatching period at 24oC (2.971 minutes), 25oC (2.906 minutes), 26oC (2.831 minutes), 27oC (2.826 minutes),and 28oC (2.824), with similarity y = 64,048 – 0,6227x and R2 = 0,7878. Egg hatching capacity was obtained at 24oC was 72,69%, 25oC was 55,78%, 26oC was 86,69%, 27oC was 69,11%, and 28oC was 76,59% with similarity y = -2784,1 + 224,58x – 4,3993x2, R2 = 0,8435, x maximum 25,5oC (25,52oC), and y maximum was 82,24%. Abnormalities of larvae at 24oC was 11,10%, 25oC was 16,53%, 26oC was 20,37%, 27oC was 29,17%, and 28oC was 42,08% with similarit y = -170,12 + 7,4606x and R2 = 0,9102. Then, on the larvae survival rate at 24ºC was 73,24%, 25oC was 75,82%, 26oC was 85,37%, 27oC was 63,69%, and 28oC was 51,96%. It was obtained similarity y = -2669,2 + 216,83x – 4,275x2, R2 = 0,833, x maximum was 25,4 oC (25,36oC), and y maximum was 80,23%.
