Abstract
Unit Usaha Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang ada di BUM Desa Sido Makmur Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk menganalisis kinerja unit usaha PPOB BUM Desa Sido Makmur dengan menggunakan konsep balanced scorecard serta mendeskripsikan besaran sumbangan unit usaha PPOB terhadap pendapatan asli desa. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah direktur BUM Desa Sido Makmur, ketua unit usaha PPOB BUM Desa Sido Makmur, dan pelanggan unit usaha PPOB BUM Desa Sido Makmur. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah balanced scorecard yang meliputi perspektif finansial, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.
English Abstract
Business Unit Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) is one business unit in BUM Sido Makmur Village Sidorejo Village Ponggok District Blitar District. The purpose of this study was conducted to analyze the performance of business units PPOB BUM Sido Makmur Village using the concept of balanced scorecard and describe the amount of PPOB business unit contribution to the original income of the village. Respondents used in this research are BUM Desa Sido Makmur, head of PPOB BUM Desa Sido Makmur, and customer of PPOB BUM Desa Sido Makmur. The method used is mixed method. Data analysis techniques used are balanced scorecard that includes financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective.
