Abstract
Program Gerakan Pengentasan Gizi Buruk (Gentasibu) adalah salah satu program unggulan Kabupaten Nganjuk yang dilaksanakan diseluruh kecamatan, salah satunya di terapkan di Puskesmas Induk Kecamatan Nganjuk yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualiatas pelayanan kesehatan bagi penderita gizi buruk anak balita di Kecamatan Nganjuk. Inovasi pelayanan yang diberikan yaitu Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT), obat-obatan, vitamin dan pendampingan terhadap orangtua balita penderita gizi buruk. Dalam jangka pendek program ini diharapkan membantu masyarakat yang memiliki anak penderita gizi buruk agar dapat disembuhkan, sedangkan dalam jangka panjang Gentasibu merupakan investasi sumber daya manusia agar generasi berikutnya tidak ada lagi kasus anak balita yang menderita gizi buruk. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal digunakan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis proses inovasi layanan Gentasibu di Puskesmas Nganjuk. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Pelaksana Gentasibu di Puskesmas Nganjuk, dan orangtua anak balita penderita gizi buruk. Teknik analisis ekplanasi dari Yin (2009) untuk analisis proses inovasi layanan kesehatan anak balita penderita gizi buruk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses inovasi Gentasibu mulai dari identifikasi masalah di Puskesmas Nganjuk, munculnya ide program Gentasibu untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan gizi buruk di Puskesmas Nganjuk, mengembangkan proposal untuk dijadikan rencana kerja pada Puskesmas Nganjuk, pelaksanaan inovasi Gentasibu di Puskesmas Nganjuk, evaluasi inovasi Gentasibu di Puskesmas Nganjuk, dan yang terakhir adalah menyebarluaskan inovasi Gentasibu di Puskesmas Nganjuk. Melalui data yang diperoleh peneliti dalam proses inovasi Gentasibu masih ditemukanya banyak permasalahan sehingga program Gentasibu belum efektif. Saran pertama penelitian ini ditujukan kepada Kepala Puskesmas Nganjuk agar tenaga ahli gizi di Puskesmas Nganjuk ditambah. Kedua, kepada ketua pelaksana Gentasibu di Puskesmas Nganjuk untuk membuat jadwal pelaksanaan Gentasibu dengan tanggal yang tetap. Ketiga, untuk pihak Puskesmas Nganjuk agar memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat yang lebih intensif yaitu seminggu 2 kali. Keempat, kepada Tim Gentasibu Puskesmas Nganjuk untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada orangtua balita dalam meningkatkan kepekaan akan pentingnya gizi pada anak balita minimal 2 minggu sekali. Kelima, kepada kader untuk meningkatkan keharmonisan kepada orangtua balita agar dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik sehingga orantua dan balita pada pelaksanaan Gentasibu dapat dipastikan kehadiranya.
English Abstract
Program Gerakan Pengentasan Gizi Buruk (Gentasibu) is one of the excellent programs of Nganjuk Regency that implemented in all subdistricts, one of which is implemented in Puskesmas Induk Kecamatan Nganjuk which purposed to incraise the quality of health service for malnoutrition sufferer of children under five in Nganjuk Regency. Innovation of services that provided are Additional Food (PMT), medicines, vitamins and assistance to parents of children with malnutrition.In the short term this program is expected to help people who have children with malnutrition can be cured, While in the long term Gentasibu is an investment of human resources so that the next generation of children under five does not suffer from malnutrition While in the long term Gentasibu is an investment of human resources so that there is no malnutrition of children under five in the next generation. This study is using a single study case that used to explain and analyze the innovation process of Gentasibu service at Puskesmas Nganjuk. The interview was done to the Chief Executive of Gentasibu at Nganjuk Health Center, and parents of children under five suffering from malnutrition. The explanatory analysis technique from Yin (2009) for the analysis of innovation process of health services of children under five suffering from malnutrition. The results of this study indicate that the Gentasibu innovation process started from the identification of problems in the Nganjuk Health Center, the idea of Gentasibu program to resolve the problem of malnutrition in Nganjuk Health Center, develop the proposal to be a work plan in Nganjuk Health Center, Gentasibu innovation implementation in Nganjuk Health Center, Gentasibu innovation evaluation in Nganjuk Health Center, and the last one is diffusing lessons the Gentasibu innovation in Nganjuk Health Center. Through the data that obtained by researchers, in the process of innovation Gentasibu still found many problems so that Gentasibu program has not been effective. The first suggestion of this research is addressed to Head of Nganjuk Health Center to add more nutritionist at Nganjuk Health Center. Second, to the chief executor of Gentasibu in Nganjuk Health Center to make the schedule for the execution of Gentasibu program with a fixed date. Third, to the Nganjuk Health Center team to provide more intensive socialization to the society at least 2 times a week. Fourth, to the Gentasibu Team of Nganjuk Health Center to give accompaniment to children under five in improving the sensitivity of nutrition in children under five at least 2 weeks. Fifth, to the cadres to increase harmony of children under five in order to communicate well so that parents and children under five on the implementation of Gentasibu can be sure of its presence.
