Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan empati dengan bullying pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Malang. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 220 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala empati dan skala bullying. Hasil analisis menggunakan Spearman Rho menunjukan koefisien sebesar 0,001 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,222 . Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif empati dengan bullying pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di kabupaten Malang. Hubungan negatif keduanya berarti bahwa semakin tinggi empati maka bullying akan semakin rendah pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Malang.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know relation of empathy and bullying students high school malang district. The subject in this study are 220 students. The instrument used in this study is bullying scale and empathy scale. The result of analysis by Spearman Rho correlation showed a significance 0,001 and correlation coeficient -0,222. This showe that there is negative correlation of empathy and bullying on students high school in malang distric.Negative relation to the two means, the higher empathy so the lower bullying students high school malang district.
