Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan konflik peran ganda dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada buruh pabrik wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 96 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian konflik peran ganda diadaptasi dari (Silalahi)(2015) berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh (Greenhaus & Beutell)(1985) sebanyak 30 item dan skala kepuasan pernikahan diadaptasi dari (Saputri)(2016) yang mengacu pada teori ENRICH: Marital Satisfaction Scale oleh(Fowers & Olson)(1989) sebanyak 46 item. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi PearsonProduct Moment, sehinggadiperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konflik peran ganda yang dimiliki buruh pabrik dengan kepuasan pernikahan dengan nilaiρ=0,000 (ρ˂0.05)dimana terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kepuasan pernikahan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar -0,421 yang artinya terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kepuasan pernikahan, dimana semakin tinggi kepuasan pernikahan maka konflik peran ganda akan semakin rendah, dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada buruh baprik wanita.
English Abstract
This research purposeis to know about the relationship between double character conflict and marriage satisfaction. In women factory employers this research use quantitative with corelational method. For sampling , this research use Pearson Product Moment, with quantities subjects are 96 persons. For measurement this research is addapted from (Silalahi)(2015) by theory that found by (Greenhaus & Beutell)(1985) 30items and marriage satisfaction scale is addapted from (Saputri)(2016) which is focus on ENRICH theory: Marital Satisfaction Scale (Fowers & Olson)(1989)46items.Technique of data analysis used i.e. correlation Pearson Product Moment, thus obtained the results that there is a relationship between conflict of dual roles belonging to the workers satisfaction with the marriage value of ρ = 0.000 (ρ ˂ 0.05) where there is a correlation significant conflict between the role of a double wedding with satisfaction with the value of the correlation of 0.421 which means there is a significant negative correlation between conflict of dual role to the satisfaction of the wedding, where the higher the satisfaction of marriage then the dual roles of conflict will be getting lower, and vice versa. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between conflict of dual role to the satisfaction of the labour women on marriage.
