Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui perbedaan workplace bullying pada budaya organisasi Klan dan Hierarki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat komparatif, yaitu dengan membandingkan dua tipe budaya. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 145 karyawan yang bekerja di sepuluh instansi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nonprobability sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah skala Negative Acts Questionnaire – Revised (NAQ-R) oleh Einarsen (2011) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Kharisna (2014) dan skala Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) oleh Cameron dan Quinn (2006) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Aji (2015). Hasil analisis data menggunakan independent sampel t-test menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan workplace bullying pada budaya organisasi tipe Klan dan Hierarki.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the differences of workplace bullying between Clan and Hierarchy organizational culture. This study was a comparative study, where the two types of culture was being compared. Participant of this study were 145 employees from 10 agencies. The technique used in this study is non-probability sampling technique. The study instrument used Negative Acts Questionnaire - Revised (NAQ-R) by Einarsen (2011) that has been adapted by Kharisna (2014) and the scale of Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) by Cameron and Quinn (2006) which has been adapted by Aji (2015). The result from data analysis using independent sample t-test showed that there was no significant difference of workplace bullying between Clan and Hierarchy organizational culture.
