Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecenderungan nomophobia dengan komunikasi interpersonal pada mahasiswa universitas brawijaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 185 mahasiswa yang berusia 18-24 tahun yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel adalah mahasiswa berusia 18-24. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien Product Moment (r) sebesar -0,028 dengan p=0,710. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara kecenderungan Nomophobia dengan Komunikasi Interpersonal pada Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya Malang.
English Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the correlation between Nomophobia tendency with interpersonal communication towards students of Universitas Brawijaya. The method used is quantitative along with correlational research design. The subjects of this study are 185 Universitas Brawijaya students in range of 18-24 year old. The sampe is taken by using purposive sampling technique as criteriazed students in range of 18-24 year old. The result of the data analysis shown the amount of Product Moment (r) coefficiency is -0.028 with p=0.710. According to the result of this study shown that Nomophobia tendency has not any correlation with Interpersonal Communication towards students of Universitas Brawijaya Malang
