Abstract

Apel merupakan salah satu komoditi dengan nilai impor besar di Indonesia. Batu merupakan salah satu sentra produksi apel, tetapi hasilnya cenderung menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri perlu adanya cara untuk meningkatkan produksi apel dengan melakukan analisis kesesuaian lahan. Untuk melakukan analisis kesesuaian lahan perlu adanya pakar dan peninjauan lapangan secara langsung, sehingga membutuhkan banyak waktu, biaya dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu sistem pakar yang dapat melakukan analisis geospasial menggunakan fuzzy inference system. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem pakar ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesesuaian lahan. Data diperoleh menggunakan citra satelit, interpolasi data, digitasi dan dianalisis menjadi sebuah peta digital. Analisis dilakukan pada masing-masing pixel dengan delapan variabel masukan antara lain ketinggian, curah hujan, kelembapan udara, suhu udara, penyinaran matahari dan jenis tanah. Lima variabel keluaran menjadikan hasil lebih akurat. Dari hasil pengujian akurasi menggunakan uji statistik kappa menghasilkan nilai cohen’s kappa 0,90, dengan membandingkan hasil analisis spasial menggunakan fuzzy inference system dengan peninjauan langsung ke lapangan. Dari data spasial dibuatlah sebuah Geographic Information System berbasis website (WebGIS) kesesuaian lahan perkebunan apel dengan menggunakan three tier architecture. Pengujian webGIS dilakukan dua kali yaitu unit testing menggunakan software testing tools Complete 12 dan functional testing.

English Abstract

Apple is one of the major commodities with high import value in Indonesia In Indonesia, one of the main city of Apple production, is produced in Kota Batu Based on the statistical production, the apple production is tend to be declining from year to year. To meet the domestic need, a methods in land suitability analysis is needed to enhance the apple production. To perform the land suitability analysis, the need for experts and direct field review/survey will take a lot of time, cost and effort. Hence an expert system which can perform geospatial analysis using fuzzy inference system is needed. The presence of expert system is hopefully might increase the public knowledge in land suitability. The data which obtained by using satellite imagery, then processed into a digital map by conducting data interpolation, digitation and analysis. The analysis then performed in each image pixel by using eight input variables, consist of: altitude, rainfall, humidity, air temperature, soil type and sun shines. Where the five output variables will makes the results be more accurate. Further accuracy testing were conducted by using kappa cohen's statistical tests. The kappa value of 0.90 were obtained by comparing the spatial analysis results from the fuzzy inference system and the direct field review, The spatial data then implemented into Geographic Information System-websites based (WebGIS). The apples plantation suitability-WebGIS were implemented by using three tier architecture. Further webGIS Testing is conducted by using two testing methods. The first webGIS testing method called unit testing is conducted by using Complete 12 software testing tools, where the second test is the webGIS functional testing.
