Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui peran work family conflict terhadap persepsi kinerja wanita karir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita karier yang terdapat di Kota Malang. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat peran antara work family conflict terhadap persepsi kinerja wanita karir. Dalam penelitian ini teknik penarikan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat peran antara work family conflict terhadap persepsi kinerja wanita karir. Hasil tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dari hasil regresi didapatkan F hitung sebesar 2,732 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,100. Pada nilai F tabel yaitu diperoleh sebesar 5,740, dimana lebih besar daripada F hitung. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat peran yang signifikan antara work family conflict terhadap persepsi kinerja wanita karir terbukti ditolak

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work family conflict on perception of career woman performance. The population in this study is a career woman found in Malang. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression analysis. The analysis results can be seen that there is no role between work family conflict to perceived performance of career women. In this research, sampling technique is taken using nonprobability sampling technique. The analysis results can be seen that there is no role between work family conflict to perceived performance of career women. The results can be shown from the regression results obtained F arithmetic of 2.732 with a significance level of 0.100. At the value of F table is obtained at 5.740, which is greater than F arithmetic. This means that the hypothesis proposed in this study that there is a significant role between work family conflict on performance perceptions of career women proven rejected
