Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menerapkan The Consumer Decision Model pada produk baru PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Tbk, yaitu KPRPaS. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel informasi, pengenalan merek, kepercayaan nasabah dan sikap nasabah terhadap minat pembelian. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, dan ditemukan sampel sebanyak 110 responden yang merupakan nasabah dari Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Kantor Cabang Malang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara informasi terhadap kepercayaan nasabah, pengenalan merek dan sikap nasabah, dan hubungan antara pengenalan merek terhadap kepercayaan nasabah serta kepercayaan nasabah terhadap minat pembelian, namun ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara informasi terhadap minat pembelian, pengenalan merek terhadap sikap nasabah, pengenalan merek terhadap minat pembelian, dan sikap nasabah terhadap minat pembelian. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah untuk pengembangan dari The Consumer decision Model dengan menambahkan hubungan langsung pengenalan merek terhadap minat pembelian, serta memberikan gambaran kepada objek penelitian mengenai ketertarikan nasabah terhadap produk baru.

English Abstract

This research is trying to implement of The Consumer Decision Model on new product of PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Tbk, it’s name KPRPaS. The purpose of the research is about to know direct and indirect the connection of variable information, brand recognition, consumer confidence, and consumer attitude to intention to purchases. By using purposive sampling technique, then samples taken as many as 110 respondent which is a consumer of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Malang. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The result of the research showed significant influence between information on customer confidence, brand recognition, and customer attitude, and relationship between brand recognition to customer confidence and intention to purchases, but there was no significant influence between infomation on intention to purchases, brand recognition of customer attitude, brand recognition of intention to purchases, and customer attitude on intention to purchases. The contribution of this research is to the development of The Consumer Decision Model by adding a direct relationship of brand recognition to intention of purchases, and provide an overview to the object of research on customer interest in new product.
