Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui perbedaan workplace bullying pada budaya organisasi tipe market dan tipe adhokrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat komparatif yaitu membandingkan dua tipe budaya. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 113 karyawan yang bekerja di 10 instansi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah skala Negative Acts Questionnaire – Revised (NAQ-R) oleh Einarsen (2011) yang diadaptasi oleh Kharisna (2014) dan skala Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) oleh Cameron dan Quinn (2006) yang diadaptasi oleh Aji (2015). Analisis data menggunakan independdent sampe t-test, dan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan workplace bullying yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi tipe market dan tipe adhokrasi.

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the difference of workplace bullying on the culture of market type organization and adhocracy type organization. This research is a comparative research that is comparing two types of culture. Subjects of the study amounted to 113 employees working in ten agencies. The research instrument used are the scale of Negative Acts Questionnaire - Revised (NAQ-R) by Einarsen (2011) and adapted by Kharisna (2014) and the scale of Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) by Cameron and Quinn (2006) and adapted by Aji (2015). Analysing data using independent sampe t-test showed that there was significant difference in workplace bullying between market-type organizational culture and adhocracy type.
