Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran beban kerja dan kecemasan terhadap persepsi kinerja diri penerbang TNI AU. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 37 penerbang dari Skadron Udara 32 dan Skadron Udara 4. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan kecemasan secara simultan berperan signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja diri penerbang, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara parsial berperan signifikan terhadap persepsi kerja diri dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05), sedangkan kecemasan (state anxiety dan trait anxiety) secara parsial tidak berperan secara signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja diri dengan nilai signifikansi state anxiety 0.053 dan trait anxiety 0.326 (p>0.05).
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of workload and anxiety to the perception of self performance pilots air force. The research sample are 37 pilots from air squadron 32 and air squadron 4. The multiple linear regressions, t test, and F test are used as the analysis techniques. The result of the research show that simultaneously workload and anxiety have significant influence to the perception of self performance. It has been proven by using F-test which shows that the significant value 0.000 (p<0.05). The t-test result show that partially workload have significant influence to the perception of self performance. It has been proven by using t-test which show that the significant value 0.000 (p<0.05), and partially anxiety (state anxiety and trait anxiety) haven’t significant influence to the perception of self performance which shows that the significant value (p>0.05) 0.053 for state anxiety and 0.326 for the trait anxiety.
