Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi risiko, kecocokan dan kepercayaan terhadap sikap pengguna dalam menggunakan system e-village budgeting (EVB). EVB merupakan sistem yang digunakan pemerintah desa di Banyuwangi untuk penyusunan anggaran. Tujuan kedua untuk menguji sikap pengguna sistem EVB terhadap efektivitas dari implementasi sistem EVB. Metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian adalah pemerintah desa di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang berposisi sebagai pengguna sistem EVB. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak warpPLS versi 3.0. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas implementasi sistem EVB ditentukan oleh sikap pengguna EVB, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi kegunaan. Sikap pengguna ditentukan oleh persepsi kegunaan dan kepercayaan. Selain itu penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi risiko dan kecocokan tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap pengguna sistem EVB. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa sikap menjadi variabel mediasi hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan efektivitas implementasi sistem EVB.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, compatibility and trust toward user attitude in using evillage budgeting system (EVB). EVB is a system used by village government in Banyuwangi for budget preparation. The second goal is to test the attitude of users of EVB system to the effectiveness of the EVB system implementation. The survey method using questionnaires was used in this study. The sample of this research is the village government in Banyuwangi District which is positioned as the user of EVB system. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with warpPLS software version 3.0. The findings of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the EVB system implementation is determined by the attitude of the EVB users, the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness. User attitudes are determined by perceiveds usefulness and trust. In addition, this study proves that the perceived ease of use, perceived risk and compatibility does not affect the attitude of users of the EVB system. This research also proves that attitude becomes mediation variable relation between perceived usefulness and effectiveness of EVB system implementation.
