Abstract

Triage adalah sistem seleksi pasien berdasarkan tingkat kegawatan pasien. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan dan pengambilan keputusan triage diantaranya ada faktor internal dan eksternal. Salah satu faktor eksternal yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan triage adalah beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja perawat terhadap ketepatan keputusan triage di IGD RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian deskripsi analitik korelasional dengan rancangan cross sectional yang akan memberikan gambaran mengenai hubungan beban kerja terhadap ketepatan keputusan triage. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 perawat IGD RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang dengan alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa nilai P Value sebesar 0,482, artinya tidak ada hubungan beban kerja dengan ketepatan keputusan triage. Sebagian besar perawat beban kerjanya ringan (80%) dan ketepatan keputusan triagenya sudah baik. Dari hasil analisa dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara beban kerja perawat terhadap ketepatan keputusan triage. Disarankan bagi perawat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan dan menentukan prioritas pasien secara tepat.

English Abstract

Triage is a selection system of patient based on the seriousness level of patient. There are several factors that influence the implementation and decision-making of triage such as internal and external factors. One of the external factors associated with triage implementation workload. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses workload on the accuracy of triage decisions in IGD RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang. The type of research conducted is a type of correlational analytic descriptive with cross sectional design which describe about the relationship between nurses workload on the accuracy of triage decisions. The sample of this research was 20 nurses of IGD RS TK II dr. Soepraoen Malang by form of observation as the instrument to collect the data. The result of this research showed that of P Value 0.482, it described didn’t have relation between workload with the accuracy of the triage decision. Most of nurses are lightweigjt (80%) and the accuracy of their triage decisions is good. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there was no relationship between the workload of nurses on the accuracy of the decision triage. It is recommended that nurses maintain and improve their ablitiy to properly perform and determine patient priorities.
