Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara citra tubuh dengan gaya hidup sehat pada mahasiswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif di salah satu universitas berusia 18-25 tahun. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 134 mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala citra tubuh dan skala gaya hidup sehat. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara citra tubuh dengan gaya hidup sehat pada mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Citra tubuh, Gaya Hidup Sehat, Mahasiswa
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between body image with healthy lifestyle in the students. The population in this study is active students in university aged 18-25 years. The number of research samples is 134 college students. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Research data was obtained by using the body image scale and healthy lifestyle scale. Data analysis using correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between body image with healthy lifestyle in the college students.
