Abstract
Perawat yang dinas di ruang ICU mempunyai resiko yang sangat tinggi terkena stres kerja, karena perawat ICU memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab besar untuk menjaga keadaan pasien yang memiliki kondisi terminal. perawat yang mengalami stres akan mengakibatkan kinerja perawat buruk terutama dalam memberikan tindakan keperawatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat ICU di Rumah Sakit Tk.II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analisis korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang akan digunakan semua perawat di Rumah Sakit Tk. II dr.Soepraoen Malang yang berjumlah 20 orang diperoleh menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan korelasi spearman rank. Berdasarkan data penelitian didapatkan hasil korelasi sebesar -0,800 dengan signifikan 0,000 sehingga dikatakan ada hubungan stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat ICU di Rumah Sakit Tk. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Nilai koefisien dalam penelitian sebesar -0,800 sehingga kekuatan hubungan stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat ICU di Rumah Sakit Tk. II dr. Soepraoen Malang yaitu sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien bernilai negatif sehingga semakin rendah stres kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja perawat. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut perawat ICU mampu mengatasi stres kerja dengan baik agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja terutama dalam memberikan tindakan keperawatan pada pasien.
English Abstract
The nurse in the ICU office has a very high risk of being exposed to work stress, because the ICU nurse has a big duty and responsibility to keep the patient's condition with terminal condition. Nurses who experience stress will lead to poor nurse performance, especially in providing nursing action. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of work stress with the performance of ICU nurses at Tk.II Hospital dr. Soepraoen Malang. This type of research uses correlational correlational research design using cross sectional approach. The sample will be used by all nurses at Tk Hospital. II dr.Soepraoen Malang which amounted to 20 people obtained using total sampling. Data analysis used in this research is by using spearman rank correlation. Based on the research data obtained a correlation of -0,800 with a significant 0,000 so it is said there is a relationship of work stress with the performance of ICU nurses at Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Coefficient value in the study of -0,800 so that the strength of work stress relationship with the performance of ICU nurses at Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang is very strong. Coefficient value is negative so that the lower the work stress the higher the performance of the nurse. Based on the research the ICU nurse is able to cope with work stress well in order to avoid work accident especially in giving nursing action to the patient.
