Pengaruh pH Yang Berbeda Terhadap Perkembangan Embrio Ikan Komet Shubunkin (Carassius Auratus Auratus)

Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai perkembangan embrio telur ikan komet shubunkin (C. auratus auratus) yang diinkubasi pada media dengan pH yang berbeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan (pH 7, pH 8, dan pH 9) dan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu waktu perkembangan embrio yang berbeda-beda, sehingga mempengaruhi kecepatan menetas. Kecepatan waktu penetasan pada pH 7 selama 2.906 menit, pH 8 selama 2.869 menit, dan pH 9 selama 2.876 menit, dengan persamaan y = 66,754 – 4,5667x + 0,275x2 dan R2 = 0,9214 serta x maksimum yaitu pH 8,3 (8,29) dan y maksimum 47,84 jam. Pada daya tetas telur (HR) diperoleh hasil pada pH 7 sebesar 70,74%, pH 8 sebesar 83,76%, dan pH 9 sebesar 73,32%, dengan persamaan y = 677,7 + 189,08x – 11,737x2 dengan R2 = 0,866 dan x maksimum pH 8,1 (8,06) serta y maksimum sebesar 84,25%. Kemudian pada abnormalitas larva pH 7 sebesar 14,59% pH 8 sebesar 8,54% dan pH 9 sebesar 7,83% namun hasil menunjukkan bahwa pH tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap abnormalitas larva ikan komet shubunkin. Selanjutnya pada kelangsungan hidup larva pH 7 sebesar 70,54%, pH 8 sebesar 86,84%, dan pH 9 sebesar 75,16% serta diperoleh persamaan y = -827,29 + 226,22x – 13,995x2 dengan R2 = 0,8946 dan x maksimum pH 8,1 (8,09) serta y maksimum sebesar 87,21%.

English Abstract

This research aimed to know the differences of embryonic development of comet shubukin which was incubated at different pH. The research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments (pH 7, 8, and 9) and four times test. The result of this research showed the different duration on the embryonic development affect the rapidity of hatching. The rapidity of hatching period at pH 7 (2.906 minutes), pH 8 (2.869 minutes), and pH 9 (2.876 minutes), with similarity y = 66,754 – 4,5667x + 0,275x2 and R2 = 0,9214, and x maximum pH 8,3 (8,29) with y maximum 47,84 hours. Egg hatching capacity was obtained at pH 7 was 70,74%, pH 8 was 83,76%, and pH 9 was 73,32%, with similarity y = 677,7 + 189,08x – 11,737x2, R2 = 0.866, x maximum pH 8,1 (8,06), and y maximum was 84,25%. Abnormalities of larvae at pH 7 was 14,59%, pH 8 was 8,54%, and pH 9 was 7,83%, with similarity, but the result of the research showed that pH didn’t affect on the abnormality larvae of comet shubunkin. Then, on the larvae survival rate at pH 7 was 70,54%, pH 8 was 86,84%, and pH 9 was 75,16%. It was obtained similarity y =-827,29 + 226,22x – 13,995x2, R2 = 0,8946, x maximum was pH 8,1 (8,09), and y maximum was 87,21%.
