Abstract
European Phased Adaptive Approach merupakan program Pemerintah Amerika Serikat, yang bertujuan melindungi wilayah Sekutunya di Eropa dari ancaman Rudal Balistik Iran. Dilihat dari teori Balance of Threat, tindakan tersebut merupakan ancaman bagi Rusia. Sehingga Rusia berada dalam posisi untuk merespon tindakan Amerika Serikat tersebut. Dengan memilih strategi Balancing atau Bandwagoning.
English Abstract
The European Phased Adaptive Approach is a program of the United States Government, which aims to protect its European allies from the threat of Iranian Ballistic Missile. Judging from the theory of Balance of Threat, such action is a threat to Russia. So Russia is in a position to respond to United States action. By choosing Balancing or Bandwagoning strategy.
