Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan efek mood positif dan mood negatif terhadap false memory recognition confidence. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah between subject experiment dengan melibatkan 85 orang mahasiswa psikologi aktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma Deese-Roediger-McDermott (1995) untuk melihat false memory recognition confidence yang dialami partisipan. Partisipan diinduksi dengan video yang sesuai dengan mood yang diharapkan lalu diberikan manipulation check, yaitu pick-a-mood scale, untuk membuktikan posisi mood partisipan (Desmet, Vastenburg, Romero, 2016).
