Abstract
Tumbuh kembang pada anak merupakan hal yang sangat krusial dan perlu perhatian agar terhindar dari gangguan. Akan tetapi, masih banyak kader yang tidak tahu pemeriksaan DDTK. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya ialah rendahnya self efficacy kader. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pendampingan tentang DDTK paper based dan computer based. Pada masa kini teknologi informasi berkembang dengan pesat. Sehingga muncul inovasi pemeriksaan DDTK menggunakan computer based. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan aplikasi DDTK paper based dan computer based terhadap self efficacy kader dalam pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak. Desain yang digunakan yaitu true experimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode Probability sampling sebanyak 22 responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner tertutup. Hasil analisa self efficacy kader menggunakan SPSS 16 uji dependent t test. Sebelum dan sesudah aplikasi DDTK paper based didapatkan p value = 0,016 (0,016 < 0,05). Sedangkan, sebelum dan sesudah aplikasi DDTK computer based didapatkan p value = 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05). Sehingga pada kelompok paper based dan computer based H0 ditolak dan disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan self efficacy kader dalam pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak sebelum dan sesudah DDTK paper based dan computer based. Dan untuk hasil analisa perbandingan self efficacy menggunakan independent t test didapatkan p value = 0,043 (p value < α), Ho ditolak disimpulkan bahwa ada beda self efficacy kader dalam pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak menggunakan DDTK. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kader untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan self efficacy dalam melakukan pemeriksaan dengan aplikasi DDTK computer based.
English Abstract
Growth and development in children is crucial and needs concern to avoid disorder. However, there are many health co-workers who do not know the way of assessing Children’s Growth and Development. One contributing factor is the lack of health co-worker’s self-efficacy. In consequences, concealing concerning Paper-based and Computer-based Early Detection of Growth and Development Application is necessary. In today’s, information technology is growing rapidly. It emerges the innovation of assessing early detection of Growth and Development by using Paper-based and Computer Based. This study aims to see the comparison between paper-based and computer-based early detection of growth and development (DDTK) on health co-worker’s self-efficacy in assessing children’s growth and development. True experimental with approach pretestposttest with control group design are used in this study. The sampling by means of probability sampling method using 22 respondents in total. The research instrument used is the closed-ended questionnaire. The result of analysis on health co-worker’s self-efficacy by using dependent t-test in SPSS 16. Before and after the application of DDTK paper based obtained p value = 0.016 (0.016 < 0.05). Meanwhile, before and after the application of DDTK computer-based obtained p value = 0.001 (0.001 <0.05). So in the paper based and computer based group H0 rejected and concluded that there are significant differences in co-worker’s self-efficacy in the examination of child development before and after DDTK paper based and computer based. The result of self-efficacy comparison analysis that utilizes independent t-test shows p value = 0,043 (p value < α).
