Abstract
Metode In Silico dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembuatan formula insektisida alami berbasis minyak serai wangi dan minyak selasih. Komponen utama dalam minyak serai wangi dan minyak selasih yang digunakan adalah sitronellal 17,26% dan anetol 83,98 (hasil analisis GC-MS). Interaksi antara ligan sitronellal dan ligan anetol dengan Spodotera litura (2DJC) sebagai reseptor dikaji menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodock Tools. Hasil kajian in silico menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode multiple docking menghasilkan nilai konstanta inhibis (Ki) sitronellal dan anetol sebesar 1,6 mM. Data Ki ini digunakan untuk menghitung nilai IC50 sehingga diperoleh formula insektisida alami dengan perbandingan minyak serai wangi dan minyak selasih 5 : 1 (v/v). Uji aktivitas pada formula insektisida alami dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu kontak racun dan kontak daun dengan konsentrasi minyak 0% - 1%. Hasil uji aktivitas formula insektisida alami menghasilkan nilai LC50 dengan rentang waktu 24 jam pada kontak daun sebesar 0,101% dan kontak daun 0.25%.
English Abstract
In Silico method can be utilized for a formulation of natural insecticide based on citronella oil and basil oil. Citronella oil and basil oil used in the formulation obtained from water steam distillation, consist of citronella (17.26%) and anethole (83.98%) which were analyzed by GC-MS. The interaction between citronella ligand and anethole ligand with Spodotera litura (2DJC) as model receptor was calculated using the Autodock Tools. The results showed that the multiple docking gave inhibitive constant (Ki) 1.6 mM. The Ki value was used to calculated IC50 and resulted on the formula of natural insecticide in the ratio of citronella oil and basil oil equal to 5: 1 (v/v). Activity test for natural insecticide formulation was conducted by two methods, toxic contact and leaf contact using 0% - 1% oil concentration. The result showed that natural insecticide formula gives LC50 value during 24 hours on toxic contact and leaf contact is 0.101% and 0.25%, respectively.
