Abstract
Elektroda perak pada substrat kaca telah dibuat untuk menghantarkan listrik pada sel surya. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh suhu dan konsentrasi AgNO3 untuk menentukan kondisi optimum pengendapan lapisan perak. Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan Mikroskop optik. Kondisi optimum pengendapan dipelajari dengan variasi suhu dan konsentrasi AgNO3pada rentang konsentrasi 0,1-0,2, waktu reaksi selama dua jam, kecepatan pengadukan 80 rpm, dan proses pengeringan pada suhu 100⁰C selama dua jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lapisan perak yang terbentuk masih memiliki pori-pori yang besar, nilai hambatan yang tinggi, serta kurang tahan terhadap korosi dan sonikasi. Suhu optimum pengendapan dicapai pada 60⁰C dengan konsentrasi AgNO3 sebesar 0,2 M. Nilai hambatanterendah sebesar 14,1 Ω.
English Abstract
Silver electrode on glass substrat have been made to conducts electricity in solar cell. This research studied the influence of temperature and AgNO3 concentration to determine the optimum conditions of the precipitation of silver. The result of the synthesis was characterized by the optical microscope. The optimum condition of adsorption was studied with variation of temperature and AgNO3 concentration with the concentration range of 0,1-0,2, reaction time for two hours, stirring speed of 80 rpm, and drying process at 100⁰C for two hours. The results showed that the silver film still has large pores, high resistivity values, and less resistance to corrosion and sonication. The optimum precipitation of temperature was obtained under temperature 60⁰C with AgNO3 concentration of 0,2 M. The lowest resistivity is 14,1 Ω.
