Abstract
Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bahan pangan, pemerintah membuat program dalam bidang swasembada pangan untuk meningkatkan produksi pertanian, salah satunya berupa pemberian bantuan traktor tangan kepada kelompok-kelompok tani. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2017 sampai dengan Juli 2017 bertempat di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengelolaan traktor pada kelompok tani sudah benar secara finansial dan dapat berkelanjutan atau tidak. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada responden kelompok tani, observasi dan dokumentasi. Terdapat lima responden kelompok tani yaitu kelompok tani Bogasari III, Madu Kismo I, Mardi Basuki I, Mardi Basuki II dan Usaha Tani I. Pengolahan data hasil survey menggunakan analisa finansial dengan menghitung BEP pada pengelola traktor kelompok-kelompok tani tersebut. Secara umum pengelolaan traktor dari lima kelompok tani sudah benar karena masing-masing kelompok tani telah memperoleh keuntungan. Dari lima kelompok tani ada tiga kelompok tani yang dinilai pengelolaannya dapat berkelanjutan dan berkembang karena memiliki BEP dibawah umur ekonomis (5 tahun), yaitu kelompok tani Bogasari III (3,5 tahun), Mardi Basuki I (3,5 tahun) dan Usaha Tani I (3,05 tahun) dan dua kelompok tani lainnya pengelolaannya tidak dapat berkelanjutan dan berkembang karena nilai BEP diatas umur ekonomis (5 tahun) yaitu kelompok tani Madu Kismo I (6,8 tahun) dan Mardi Basuki II (6 tahun).
English Abstract
In meet the needs of foods, the government made the program in the field of self sufficient of food to increase agricultural production. One of the program is providing assistance tools and machinery of mechanization tractor hand to farmer groups. This research conducted in May 2017 until July 2017 located in Malang District. This research attempts to studies the management of tractor on the farmer groups are correct financially and be sustainable or not. The method in this research is a survey, data collection through interviews to respondents farmers groups, observation and documentation. There are five respondents farmer groups namely Bogasari III, Madu Kismo I, Mardi Basuki I, Mardi Basuki II and Usaha Tani I. The survey data processing use financial analysis by counting BEP to the management tractor farmer groups. In general, tractor management of five was correct because each the farmer groups have found advantage. Five of farmer groups there are three farmer groups the management is considered to be sustainable and developing because having BEP under economical age (5 year) there are Bogasari III farmer group (3,5 year), Mardi Basuki I (3,5 year) and Usaha Tani I (3,05 year) and two farmer groups the management is considered to be sustainable and developing because having BEP over the economical age (5 year) there are Madu Kismo I farmer group (6,8 year) and Mardi Basuki II (6 year).
