Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh lama penyimpanan terhadap nilai impedansi listrik infused water lemon. Pengukuran nilai impedansi listrik pada infused water lemon menggunakan sistem empat elektroda yang terbuat dari emas dan alat picoscope tipe 5244B. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan cara menginjeksikan arus AC sebesar 10 μA pada elektroda dalam rentang frekuensi 1 Hz – 1 MHz. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa frekuensi memengaruhi nilai impedansi listrik yang terukur. Pembacaan nilai gelombang yang stabil berada pada frekuensi 10 Hz – 10000 Hz. Lama penyimpanan mempengaruhi nilai impedansi dari infused water lemon . Nilai impedansi infused water lemon pada lama penyimpanan 1 hingga 48 jam mengalami penurun pada frekuensi yang stabil terukur sebesar 1754,3 - 1558,4 Ω hingga 1576,4 - 1314,3 Ω.

English Abstract

This research was intended to analyze the effect of storage period on lemon infused water electrical impedance value. Measurement of the electrical impedance value on samples of lemon was using a system of four electrodes that made from gold and Picoscope Type 5244B. The measurement exercised by injecting an AC in the amount of 10 μA in a frequency range of 1 Hz – 1 MHz to the electrode. The measurement results were obtained that frequency affects electrical impedance value. The waveform can be read in stable form at range frequency of 10 Hz – 10000 Hz. Storage period effect on lemon infused water electrical impedance value. Lemon infused water electrical impedance value, at 1 – 48 hours long period storage, decrease at a stable frequency from 1754,3 - 1558,4 Ω to 1576,4 - 1314,3 Ω.
