Abstract
Percobaan multilokasi tanaman kenaf dilakukan untuk menerapkan analisis AMMI untuk mengetahui interaksi genotipa dengan lokasi malului metode grafik Genotype and Genotype by Environment Interaction (GGE) Biplot dan menerapkan metode AMMI Stability Value (ASV), Genotype Stability Index (GSI) dan regresi linier sederhana (Finlay-Wilkinson) untuk mendapatkan genotipa yang stabil. Data yang dilakukan ialah produksi serat kering tanaman kenaf pada enam lokasi dengan 20 genotipa. Analisis ragam tiap lokasi diperoleh lokasi KP Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro yang memiliki produktifitas serat kenaf tidak signifikan. Analisis ragam gabungan diperoleh interaksi yang signifikan sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis AMMI dan diperoleh model AMMI-3. Berdasarkan seluruh pengujian stabilitas genotipa, tidak diperoleh satupun genotipa yang memiliki kestabilan berdasarkan seluruh metode pengujian. Metode ASV, GSI dan analisis regresi linier sederhana (Finlay-Wilkinson) memilih genotipa stabil berdasarkan sifat stabilitas dinamis dan metode GSI ialah satu-satunya metode yang dapat memilih genotipa dengan daya hasil di atas rata-rata.
English Abstract
Experiments multilocation kenaf plant is made to apply the analysis AMMI to determine the interaction of genotypes with locations malului graphical method genotype and genotype by Environment Interaction (GGE) Biplot and apply methods AMMI Stability Value (ASV), genotype Stability Index (GSI) and simple linear regression (Finlay-Wilkinson) to obtain Stable genotypes. The data carried out is the production of dry fibers of kenaf plants in six locations with 20 genotipa. Analysis of variance of each location obtained Sumberrejo, Bononegoro locations kenaf fiber which has high productivity is insignificant. The combined analysis of variance obtained a significant interaction that needs to be done AMMI analysis and AMMI-3 model is obtained. Based on all testing the stability of genotypes, genotypes were not obtained none has the stability based on all the test method. ASV method, GSI and simple linear regression analysis (Finlay-Wilkinson) selecting stable genotypes based on the nature of dynamic stability and GSI method is the only method that can select genotypes with yield above average.
