Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape terhadap pleasure feeling. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 180 responden yang diambil dari populasi pengunjung Wisata BeeJay Bakau Resort. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik sampel yang dipilih yaitu minimal usia 17 tahun dan minimal pernah satu kali berkunjung ke Wisata BeeJay Bakau Resort. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrument penelitian berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji ketepatan model menggunakan uji f dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel servicescape yang terdiri dari ambient condition, layout, seating comfort, dan facility aesthetic berpegaruh secara signifikan terhadap pleasure feeling. Namun, teradapat satu variabel servicescape yaitu electric equipment yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pleasure feeling.
English Abstract
This research tries to determine the effect of servicescape on pleasure feeling. This explanatory research explains causal relation between the variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses 180 samples taken from the populations of visitors of Wisata BeeJay Bakau Resort. The samples were selected using purposive sampling technique, in which the sample should be at least 17 years of age and should have visited Wisata BeeJay Bakau Resort at least once. The instrument of this research was teasted using validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. Analytical methods used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit through f test, and hypothesis testing through t test, which were processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study show that, variables consisting of ambient condition, layout, seating comfort, and facility aesthetic significantly affect pleasure feeling. However, one of the servicescape variables that is electric equipment, has no significant effect on pleasure feeling.
