Abstract
Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang status gizi baduta dapat membuat orang tua terutama ibu kurang memperhatikan asupan makan anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang status gizi pada saat sebelum dan setelah pemberian edukasi gizi melalui kalkulator pertumbuhan baduta. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian one grup pre-test post test design. Pemilihan responden menggunakan multistage sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi (n=25). Data skor tingkat pengetahuan didapatkan dari hasil kuisoner pre test dan post test. Hasil data yang di dapat dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik, yaitu wilcoxon dan mann whitney. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang status gizi baduta setelah pemberian edukasi gizi melalui kalkulator pertumbuhan status gizi baduta (dengan uji wilcoxon p value= 0.005). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa total skor pada sebelum dan setelah edukasi sebanyak 71,4 dan 85,7. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media kakulator pertumbuhan baduta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan responden. Oleh karena itu, media kalkulator pertumbuhan baduta dapat digunakan sebagai alternative media edukasi bagi ibu baduta terkait status gizi anak.
English Abstract
The lack of knowledge on the nutritional status of under two years of age can make parents especially mothers less nutrition food of his son. This research aims to know the difference in level of knowledge about the nutritional status of the mother at the time before and after the granting of a nutritional education through under two years growth calculator. The design of this research is to study one group pre test post test design. The selection of respondents using a multistage sampling appropriate inclusion criteria (n = 25). The data obtained from the knowledge level score results quisionaire pre test and post test. The results of the data that can be analyzed using statistical test of wilcoxon and mann whitney. There is an increase in knowledge about the mother's nutritional status of under two years after the granting of a nutritional education through growth calculator of under two years nutritional status (with the wilcoxon test p value = 0,005). The results show that the total score on education before and after as much as 71.4 and 85.7. Conclusion of this research is the media calculator of under two years growth can increase the knowledge of the respondent. Therefore, the media of under two years growth calculator can be used as alternative educational media for under two years related nutritional status of the child.
