Abstract

Perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem rantai pasok adalah PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang perikanan. Jenis ikan yang sering diproduksi karena jumlah permintaan yang tinggi yaitu ikan kakap merah. Permasalahan yang timbul di perusahaan terkait kegiatan rantai pasok ikan kakap merah antara lain permasalahan jumlah, kualitas, dan waktu penggiriman bahan baku. Oleh karena itu, pengukuran risiko perlu diterapkan pada kegiatan rantai pasok agar tidak mengganggu keberlangsungan industri dan dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen terhadap produk ikan kakap merah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) dan Fuzzy ANP (Analytical Network Process). Metode Fuzzy FMEA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan atau penyebab kegagalan yang terjadi. Metode ini akan menghasilkan urutan tingkat risiko dari tertinggi hingga terendah berdasarkan nilai FRPN. Metode Fuzzy ANP digunakan untuk menentukan strategi mitigasi berdasarkan bobot alternatif. Hasil perhitungan fuzzy FMEA yaitu risiko tertinggi nelayan, risiko alat yang digunakan untuk menangkap ikan kakap merah sebesar 5,801; supplier (pengepul) risiko ikan kakap merah tidak sesuai standar sebesar 5,579; manufaktur risiko ikan kakap merah tidak sesuai standar sebesar 2.401. Hasil perhitungan fuzzy ANP, pihak yang berperan penting dalam mitigasi risiko yaitu pihak manufaktur sebesar 0,352. Strategi mitigasi risiko yang dapat diterapkan yaitu strategi peningkatan produktivitas.

English Abstract

Company of implement the supply chain system is PT. Inti Luhur Fuja Abadi. This company is engaged in fishery. Types of fish is often produced of the high demand is red snapper. The problem that arise in the company related to activity of supply chain red snapper is quantity, quality, and delivery time of raw material. Therefore the risk measurement needs to be applied to supply chain activities so as not interfere with industrial sustainability and consumer demand for red snapper products. The method this research used fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and Fuzzy ANP (Analytical Network Process). Fuzzy FMEA method is used to identify problem or cause of failure that occurred. This method will result in a sequence of risk levels from highest to lowest based of FRPN values. The Fuzzy ANP method is used to determine mitigation strategies based on alternative weights. The method will result in the weighting of the highest strategy which is the selected mitigation strategy. The calculation result with Fuzzy FMEA is the highest risk of the fisherman, the risk of tools which is used to catch the red snapper is 5,0801; supplier (taker) risk of red snapper is not in accordance with the standard is 5,579; manufacturing risk of red snapper is not in accordance with the standard is 6,832. Based on fuzzy ANP calculations, the parties that is palyed an important role in risk mitigation is manufacturing of 0,352. Strategy of risk mitigation which can be applied to all players in the supply chain is strategy of productivity improvement.
