Abstract
Deteksi dini tumbuh kembang (DDTK) anak adalah hal yang perlu dilakukan secara optimal. Karena tindakan deteksi sedini mungkin dapat mencegah terjadinya keterlambatan atau hambatan. Namun demikian, masih banyak kader kesehatan yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas mengenai pemeriksaan DDTK. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan, perlu dilakukannya pelatihan. Pada era modern sudah banyak teknologi informasi yang berkembang secara pesat. Sehingga muncul inovasi pemeriksaan DDTK menggunakan computer based. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan pelatihan DDTK paper based dan computer based terhadap tingkat pengetahuan kader dalam pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak. Desain yang digunakan yaitu true experimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode stratified random sampling sebanyak 22 responden. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner tertutup. Hasil analisa tingkat pengetahuan kader menggunakan uji dependent t test sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan kelompok kontrol dengan (α=0,05) didapatkan p value= 0,033 (p value < α), dengan kelompok uji didapatkan p value= 0,003 (p value < α), sehingga Ho ditolak dan disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan. Namun, hasil analisa untuk perbandingan tingkat pengetahuan menggunakan independent t test didapatkan p value= 0,815 (p value > α), Ho diterima disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada beda tingkat pengetahuan kader kesehatan dalam pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak menggunakan DDTK. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua metode ini sama-sama dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang pada anak.
English Abstract
Early detection growth and development (EDGD) on children is the thing that needs to be done optimally. Because early detection may prevent delay or obstacle. However, there are many health co-workers who have limited knowledge about EDGD examination. Therefore, to improve the level of knowledge, it is necessary to do the training. In the modern era is already a lot of information technology growing rapidly. It is emerges innovation EDGD using the computer-based examination. The purpose of this study is to compare the training EDGD paper based and computer based on the level of knowledge of health co-workers in the examination of child growth and development. The design used is true experimental with pretest-posttest within control group design. Sampling with stratified random sampling method was 22 respondents. The research instrument used is a closed questionnaire. Results of analysis of the level of knowledge of health co-workers: using dependent t test before and after training with the control group (α = 0.05) was obtained p value = 0.033 (p value <α), with the test group was obtained p value = 0.003 (p value < α), so Ho rejected and concluded that there was a training effect on the level of knowledge. However, the analysis results for comparison of the level of knowledge using independent t test was obtained p value = 0.815 (p value> α), Ho accepted concluded that there was no difference in the examination level cadres knowledge of child development using EDGD. So with this result can be concluded that both of these methods can be equally improve the knowledge of health co-workers in doing inspection of growth and development in children.
