Abstract
Budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik telah menjadi salah satu alternatif bercocok tanam tanaman holtikultura terutama sayuran. Salah satunya adalah bayam. Produksi bayam masih banyak menggunakan sistem pertanian konvensional. Sebagian besar petani Indonesia tertinggal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada seperti, teknologi hidroponik. Salah satu sistem hidroponik yaitu sistem NFT (Nutrient Film Technique). Pada sistem hidroponik NFT pengontrolan EC dan pH larutan akan mempengaruhi hasil panen terbaik tanaman. Setiap jenis dan umur tanaman membutuhan larutan dengan EC yang berbeda-beda. Hasil panen tanaman bayam (Amaranthus sp.) dengan parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun dari tanaman berumur 1 hari hingga 25 hari. Serta parameter panjang akar tanaman, diameter batang, massa tanaman, dan luas daun pada umur 25 hari dibandingkan dengan perlakuan EC sebesar 1200 μS/cm, 1500 μS/cm, 1800 μS/cm, dan 2100 μS/cm pada tanaman umur 5 hari, 10 hari, 15 hari, 20 hari dan 25 hari. Pengontrolan pH tanaman berkisar 6-7 dan pengukuran suhu sebagai data tambahan setiap harinya. Pada tahap awal hingga tanaman berumur 25 hari, besar nilai EC terbaik pada tanaman bayam dari parameter yang sudah dilakukan yaitu EC 2100 μS/cm. Selain itu dihasilkan hubungan nilai EC dengan pH pada larutan nutrisi berbanding lurus.
English Abstract
Cultivation in hydroponics has become one of the alternative crop farming horticulture mainly vegetables. One was the spinach. Still plenty of spinach production using conventional agricultural systems. Most of the farmers Indonesia lags behind in utilizing existing technology such as hydroponic technology. One of the hydroponic system NFT systems (Nutrient Film Technique). NFT hydroponic system on the control of EC and pH of the solution will affect yields the best crop. Every type and age of the plant need with EC solution. Harvest spinach plant (Amaranthus sp.) with high parameters of the plant and the number of leaves from plants aged up to 25 days to 1 day. As well as the parameters of plant root length, stem diameter, plant mass, and wide leaves at the age of 25 days as compared with the treatment of EC 1200 μS/cm, 1500 μS/cm, μS/cm, 1800 and 2100 μS/cm at plant 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days and 25 days. Plant pH control range 6-7 and temperature measurement as an extra data each day. In the early stages until the plant is 25 days, the great value of EC best on plant spinach from the parameters already done i.e. EC 2100 μS/cm. Additionally generated relationships with pH EC value on a nutrient solution directly proportional.
