Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham dan return saham (studi pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman periode 2013-2016). Teori kinerja keuangan merupakan teori yang menjelaskan satu diantara dasar penilaian mengenai kondisi keuangan perusahaan yang dilakukan berdasarkan analisa terhadap rasio keuangan perusahaan. Teori harga saham nilai jual saham yang terbentuk dari permintaan dan penawaran terhadap suatu saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teori return saham merupakan teori yang menjelaskan hasil yang diperoleh investor dari aktivitas investasi yang dilakukan, yang terdiri dari capital gains atau capital loss. Penelitian ini menggunakan data periode pertahun dari periode 2013 sampai 2016 dengan jumlah sampel 32.Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 23. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path) dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kinerja keuanga nberpengaruh terhadap return saham. 2) kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. 3) harga saham berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi informasi kepada investor agar dapat memilih perusahaan yang ingin diinvestasikan.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of financial performance on stock prices and stock returns (studies in manufacturing companies food and beverage sub-category 2013-2016 period). Financial performance theory is a theory that explains one of the basic valuations of the company's financial condition performed based on an analysis of the company's financial ratios. Theory of stock price of stock selling value formed from the demand and supply of a share in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The theory of stock return is a theory that describes the results obtained by investors from the investment activity undertaken, which consists of capital gains or capital loss. This research uses a period data from period 2013 to 2016 with the number of samples is 32. Data analysis of this research is using SPSS 23 program. Analysis technique used in this study is using path analysis and hypothesis test (t test). The results of this research indicate that: 1) financial performance has an effecton stock returns. 2) financial performance has a significant effect on stock prices. 3) stock prices have a significant effect on stock return. The findings in this research are expected to provide information to investors in order to select the companies that want to be invested.
