Abstract
RSI Mashyithoh adalah salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Bedasarkan hasil wawancara dengan kepala divisi pemasaran, RSI Masyithoh memerlukan suatu media yang menjadi sarana penyampaian informasi layanan dan fasilitas yang mudah diakses oleh siapa pun sekaliagus sebagai media promosi produk dan jasa layanan rumah sakit. Menurut peraturan menteri kesehatan RI bab (3) pasal (3) ayat 1 dan 2 menjelaskan bahwa fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dapat ikut serta menyelenggarakan iklan/publikasi pelayanan kesehatan melaui media dengan syarat harus sesuai dengan kode etik rumah sakit se-Indonesia. Sejalan dengan peraturan tersebut dan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran, salah satu media yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah penggunaan situs web. Situs web digunakan sebagai media yang bisa menjadi penghubung antara pihak rumah sakit dan masyarakat dalam hal penyampaian informasi. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, hingga saat ini RSI Masyithoh belum memiliki situs web yang resmi. Bedasarkan permasalahan yang ada, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan situs web RSI Masyithoh dengan mengadaptasi Human Centered Design (HCD) karena melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dalam prosesnya. Penelitian ini merancang prototype situs web RSI Masyithoh bedasarkan persyaratan pengguna dan mengacu pada aturan desain. Prototype yang dibuat kemudian dilakukan evaluasi dengan pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Dari hasil evaluasi tersebut dilakukan perbaikan desain prototype dan kemudian dikonfirmasikan dengan pihak RSI Masyithoh. Bedasarkan hasil konfirmasi tersebut, desain akhir yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi persyaratan pengguna dan dianggap dapat menyampaikan informasi layanan dan fasilitas RSI Masyithoh dengan baik.
English Abstract
Mashyithoh Islamic Hospital is one of the private hospitals located in Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. Based on the results of interviews with the head of marketing division, Masyithoh Islamic Hospital requires media to be a means of delivering information services and facilities that are easily accessible by anyone at all as a media promotion of hospital products and services. According to the health minister rules RI chapters (3) of Article (3) of paragraph 1 and 2 explain that health care facilities can participate organizes advertising / publicity of health services through the media on the condition that must comply with the code of conduct hospital in Indonesia. . In accordance with the rules and to achieve marketing objectives, one of the media that can be utilized is the use of the website. Website is used as a media that can be a liaison between the hospital and the community in terms of information delivery. In this research, the website design of Masyithoh Islamic Hospital by adapting Human Centered Design (HCD), because involving the stakeholders in the process. This research designs the prototype of RSI Masyithoh website based on user requirements and refers to the design rules. The prototype is then evaluated using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach. From the evaluation result, the design improvement of prototype and then confirmed to RSI Masyithoh. Based on the result of the confirmation, the final design produced has fulfilled the user's requirements and is considered able to convey the information of RSI Masyithoh's services and facilities well.
