Abstract
Informasi merupakan hasil dari mengolah data dalam bentuk apapun yang lebih berarti bagi penerimanya. Informasi menggambarkan suatu kejadian yang nyata dan digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Website http://www.blitarkab.go.id/ yang merupakan website Pemerintahan Kabupaten Blitar adalah sumber informasi bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Blitar. Tenaga pendidik dan pelajar yang juga merupakan pengguna website tersebut, juga membutuhkan informasi seputar sejarah, visi dan misi, serta kegiatan kegiatan apa saja yang sudah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam ilmu pengetahuan sosial di dunia pendidikan yang ada di Kabupaten Blitar. Namun jika informasi tersebut sulit dan kurang up to date bagaimana informasi tersebut dapat dengan mudah sampai di masyarakat. Dengan melakukan usability testing, system dapat di evaluasi sehingga system dapat dengan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini diawali dengan proses menentukan sampel dan populasi untuk melakukan usability dengan tugas yang sudah dibuat. Langkah selanjutnya adalah proses mengukur usability website menggunakan metodologi Keystroke Level Model dengan cara memberi tugas kepada target uji. Tujuan dari pengukuran usability adalah untuk mengukur tingkat usability dari learnability, effiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction dari website Kabupaten Blitar. Hasil tersebut berupa waktu, kesalahan, dan reaksi target uji saat melakuan pengujian. Analisis tingkat usability yang sudah dilakukan akan menjadi acuan dari rekomendasi perbaikan website Kabupaten Blitar. Rekomendasi perbaikan didasari dari HHS guideline dan buku panduan pengembangan situs situs website pemerintahan daerah peserta USDRP (Urban Sector Development Reform Project) untuk memenui standar minimum dari website pemerintahan. Berdasarkan hasil dari melakukan usability dengan menggunakan metode Keystroke Level Model didapat kesalahan dan reaksi negatif dari pengguna seperti merasa kebingungan mencari navigasi untuk kembali ke beranda. selain itu, uji target juga menyarankan beberapa masukan setelah melakukan pengujian agar kedepannya website Kabupaten Blitar dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Blitar.
English Abstract
Information is the result of processing data in any form that is more meaningful to the recipient. Information describes a real event and is used for decision making. Website http://www.blitarkab.go.id/ which is the Blitar District Government website is the source of information for the people of Blitar Regency. Educators and students who are also users of the website, also need information about the history, vision and mission, and what activities have done by Government for education in social Sciences Blitar regency. But if the information is difficult and rare to update how the information can easily reach the community. By doing usability testing, the system can be evaluated so that the system can be easily used by the user. This research begins with the process of determining the sample and population to perform usability with the task already created. The next step is the process of measuring website usability using the Keystroke Level Model methodology by assigning tasks to test targets. The purpose of usability measurement is to measure the usability level of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction of the Blitar district website. The results are time, error, and reaction of test target during testing. Analysis of usability level that has been done will be a reference of the recommendation improvement website of Blitar. The improvement recommendations are based on the HHS guidelines and the website development guidelines of the local government website of USDRP (Urban Sector Development Reform Project) participants to meet the minimum standards of government websites. Based on the results of usability using the Keystroke Level Model method obtained errors and negative reactions from users such as feeling confused looking for navigation to return to the homepage. In addition, the target test also suggests some input after testing so that the future of Blitar Regency website can be used easily by the people of Blitar Regency.
