Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi sebagai wadah kepentingan berbagai macam pekerjaan yang terjadi di era ini, menuntut sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam interaksinya dari faktor modal, material, metode, dan mesin. Salah satu contoh sumber daya manusia itu adalah pekerja kasar bangunan. Pekeja kasar bangunan dianggap tidak terlalu penting oleh setiap perusahaan padahal faktor ini yang bisa merugikan perusahaan. Jurnal ini meneliti tentang pekerja kasar bangunan di PT. Yaguna Bangun Pratama.Permasalahan dari jurnal ini adalah pemilihan pekerja kasar bangunan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria perusahaan di PT. Yaguna Bangun Pratama. Berdasarkanpermasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat mengolah data menjadi suatu sistem optimasi pemilihan pekerja kasar. Metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan Promethee dipilih karena mampu memeringkatkan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah 5 alternatif yang terdiri dari preferensi biasa, preferensi quasi, preferensi linier, preferensi level, dan preferensi linier dengan area tidak terbatas. Pengujian yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan perubahan dari 5 tipe preferensi yang ada dalam metode Promethee. Hasil dari tipepreferensi biasa dan tipe preferensi quasi menghasilkan tingkat kecocokan sebesar 80%, sedangkan tipe preferensi linier dan tipe preferensi linier dengan area tidak terbatas menghasilkan tigkat kecocokan sebesar 60%, dan tipe preferensi level menghasilkan tingkat kecocokan sebesar 40%. Dengan kata lain, semakin besar peresentase kecocokan sistem dengan pakar, maka semakin bagus sistem tersebut.

English Abstract

Technological advancement as a vessel for the interests of various jobs that occurred in this era, demands competent human resources. Human resources have a very important role in the interaction of capital factors, materials, methods, and machinery. One example of human resources is the building course workers. Hence, this journal examines rough building workers in PT. Yaguna Bangun Pratama. This journal tries to selectbuilding course workers who do not meet the criteria of the company (PT Yaguna Bangun Pratama). Based on these problems, it takes an application that can process the data into a system optimization of rough-labor election. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan Promethee method was chosen because it was able to rank the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The test used is bu usingthe changes of 5 types of preference in the Promethee method. The results of the usual preference type and quasi preference type resulted in a match rate of 80%, whereas the linear preferences type and the linear preferences type with unlimited areas resulted in a match rate of 60%, and the type of level preference resulted in a match rate of 40%. In other words, the greater the percentage of the suitability of the system with the expert, the better the system is.
