Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mempertegas pengaruh cash position, net profit margin, growth, dan firm size terhadap dividend payout ratio. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2014 dan berjumlah 50 sampel dengan menggunakan metode puposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cash position dan growth memiliki koefisien negatif terhadap dividend payout ratio, sedangkan net profit margin dan firm size memiliki koefisien positif terhadap dividend payout ratio. Dan variabel cash position, net profit margin, growth tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio, sedangkan variabel firm size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dividend payout ratio.
English Abstract
The objectives of this research is to analyze and reinforce the influence of cash position, net profit margin, growth, and firm size against dividend payout ratio. The sample in this research is a manufacturing company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014 and amounted to 50 samples by using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed using multiple regression. The empirical results reveal that cash position and growth has negative influence on dividend payout ratio, on the other side net profit margin and firm size has positive influence on dividend payout ratio. And cash position, net profit margin, growth have not significant effect on dividend payout ratio, and the other side firm size have significant effect on dividend payout ratio.
