Abstract

Kebutuhan sistem kontrol yang lebih efektif dan efisien di era modern ini semakin meningkat, mengingat bahwa jumlah plant yang dikontrol semakin banyak dan memiliki struktur yang semakin kompleks. Salah satu contoh yaitu pengontrolan ketinggian cairan dalam tangki yang sangat berkembang pesat khususnya pada proses kontrol di dalam industri. Sebagai pengontrol ketinggian air digunakan Kontroler PID dengan menggunakan metode Gain Scheduling. Pada pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan tiga kondisi dengan nilai Kp,Ki,Kd yang berbeda-beda.Pada output plant tangki air menggunakan Gain Scheduling diharapkan respon sistem memiliki error steady state dibawah 5%, settling time dibawah 220 detik dan overshoot dibawah 30%. Pada pengujian tersebut didapatkan performansi respon ketinggian air dengan settling time sebesar 150 detik, error steady state sebesar 0,69% dan overshoot sebesar 26,57%.

English Abstract

Control system needs a more effective and efficient in the modern age is increasing, given that the number of plant that is controlled more and more and have a more complex structure. One example is the control of liquid level in the tank that is growing rapidly, especially in process control in the industry. As the water level controllers use PID controller using the Gain Scheduling.In tests performed using the three conditions the value of Kp, Ki, Kd is different.In plant output water tank using Gain Scheduling response of the system is expected to have a steady state error of less than 5%, settling time under 220 seconds and the overshoot below 30%. In these tests the performance obtained with the water level response settling time of 150 seconds, the steady state error of 0.69% and overshoot amounted to 26.57%
