Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Petrokimia Gresik yang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi pupuk. Fokus penelitian ini adalah analisis risiko faktor ergonomi dan lingkungan kerja yang berpotensi menimbulkan risiko. Menurut data yang diperoleh berdasarkan observasi langsung didapatkan potensi risiko pada bagian pengantongan pupuk ZA. Adapun potensi risiko muncul diantaranya aktivitas kerja menyebabkan kelelahan, terdapat keluhan sakit pada tubuh operator, lingkungan kerja yang kurang memadai, beban kerja berisiko menciderai operator, rancangan workstation yang tidak ergonomis, dan material anomium sulfate yang berpotensi menyebabkan paparan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis risiko faktor ergonomi dan lingkungan kerja dengan melakukan identifikasi accident, incident, illnesses, bagian tubuh yang terluka, hardware, software, physical environment, dan job organization dengan menggunakan metode Ergonomic Hazards Mapping System (EHMS). Setelah mengetahui risiko faktor ergonomi dan lingkungan kerja, peneliti melakukan perancangan mapping untuk mengetahui kondisi proses mana saja berbahaya dan dapat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan gangguan musculoskeletal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada bagian pengantongan pupuk ZA selama satu tahun terakhir tidak terdapat accident, terdapat 114 incident, dan terdapat keluhan nyeri dan sakit pada tubuh operator. Hasil perancangan mapping khususnya pada bagian pengantongan pupuk ZA diketahui dari faktor hardware terdapat 24 lokasi dengan tingkat waspada. Faktor software terdapat 8 lokasi dengan tingkat aman, 10 lokasi waspada, 6 lokasi bahaya. Faktor physical environment terdapat 24 lokasi dengan tingkat waspada. Faktor job organization terdapat 24 lokasi dengan tingkat bahaya. Dari 6 lini yang terdapat pada bagian pengantongan, bagian pengantongan ZA III bagian timur merupakan proses yang memiliki tingkat bahaya tertinggi. Pada proses pengantongan ZA III bagian timur menunjukkan bahwa faktor hardware terdapat potensi risiko pada lokasi proses kerja, faktor software menunjukkan operator tertekan dan berdampak stress, faktor physical environment terdapat parameter diluar NAB yaitu kebisingan, pencahayaan, dan kelembaban nisbi dengan nilai 90,3 dBA, 27 lux, dan 58%, faktor job organization didapatkan postur kerja operator dengan nilai akhir REBA 8. Pada proses penjahitan menunjukkan bahwa faktor hardware terdapat risiko bahaya pada lokasi proses kerja, faktor software menunjukkan operator tidak tertekan namun jenuh, faktor physical environment terdapat parameter diluar NAB yaitu pencahayaan dan kelembaban nisbi dengan nilai 100 lux dan 58%, faktor job organization didapatkan postur kerja operator dengan nilai akhir REBA 9. Pada proses loader menunjukkan bahwa faktor hardware terdapat risiko bahaya pada lokasi proses kerja, faktor software menunjukkan operator tertekan dan berdampak stress, faktor physical environment terdapat parameter diluar NAB yaitu pencahayaan dan kelembaban nisbi dengan nilai 35,8 lux dan 58%, faktor job organization didapatkan postur kerja operator dengan nilai akhir REBA 12. Kemudian diberikan rekomendasi dengan melakukan tindakkan pengendalian risiko, melakukan rolling posisi kerja, perbaikan postur kerja untuk postur duduk dan berdiri, dan perancangan kursi untuk operator pada proses pengantongan.

English Abstract

This study is held on PT. Petrokimia Gresik, a company which concern in fertilizer production. The focus of this study is ergonomic and environment factors analysis that can cause risks. According to obtained primary data, risk potentials are detected on ZA fertilizer bagging. Some risk potentially occur that is, activity that cause fatigue, pain on operators, unsatisfactory work environment, workload which can cause injury, unergonomic workstation design, and contamination of ammonium sulfate. Ergonomic and work environment risk analysis is done through identification of accident, incident, illnesses, injured body parts, hardware, software, physical environment, and job organization using Ergonomic Hazards Mapping System (EHMS). After ergonomic and work environment factors of risks identified, Mapping plan is made to understand which process’ states that are dangerous and possibly influence muscoskeletal discomfort. Study show that on the ZA bagging department there is no accident last year, 114 incident, and sore and pain complaints from operators. Mapping plan’s result on ZA fertilizer bagging shows there are 24 locations on caution level from hardware factor. There are 8 locations on safe level, 10 locations on caution level, and 6 dangerous locations from software factor. There are 24 locations on caution level from physical environment factor. There are 24 dangerous locations from job organization factor. From 6 lines of bagging, east side of ZA III bagging has the highest level of danger. East side of ZA III bagging show that from hardware factor there is risk potential on work location, software factor indicates pressure and stress on operators, physical environment factor shows some parameters are over the threshold value that is, noises 90,3 dBA, illumination 27 lux, and relative humidity 58, job organization factor identification in form of operator’s working posture using REBA get 8 as final value. Knitting process shows from hardware factor there are risks on the location. From software factor operators are not under pressure but tired. From physical environment factor, there are parameters beyond the threshold value that is, illumination 100 lux, and relative humidity 58%. From job organization identification in form of operator’s working posture using REBA get 9 as final value. Loader process shows from hardware factor there are risks on the location. From software factor the operators are under pressure and can cause stress. From physical environment factor there are parameters beyond the threshold value that is, illumination 35,8 lux, and relative humidity 58%. from job organization factor identification in form of operator’s working posture using REBA get 12 as final value. Risk control actions are recommended by doing position and working process rolling, working posture correction for sitting and standing posture, and design of seats for operators in the process of bagging.
