Abstract
Pembangunan ekonomi adalah usaha untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, hasil pembangunan harus dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh rakyat sebagai wujud peningkatan kesejahteraan secara adil dan merata.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor ekonomi unggulan di Kota Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur guna meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Malang. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan membandingkan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan Kota Malang seri 2010 dan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan Provinsi Jawa Timur seri 2010. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Location Quotient (LQ), analisis Shift Share, Analisis Model Rasio Pertumbuhan (MRP), dan analisis Tipologi Klassen, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perencanaan pembangunan Kota Malang dapat diarahkan ke sektor-sektor yang secara unggulan dapat mendorong percepatan pembangunan daerah sesuai dengan identifikasi potensi melalui alat analisis dalam penelitian ini sehingga rumusan kebijakan Kota Malang mampu secara tepat mengenai sumber daya dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kota Malang dalam rangka meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sesuai hasil alat analisis tipologi klassen Kota Malang memiliki sektor ekonomi yang unggulan dan tumbuh pesat dibandingkan dengan sektor yang sama di Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah (a) sektor pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah, dan daur ulang, (b) sektor konstruksi, (c) sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran; reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor, dan (d) sektor jasa lainnya.
English Abstract
Economic development is efforts to create a public welfare .Hence , the development must be enjoyed by all the people as improvement social welfare and equaly. This reasearch it has a view to know seed economic sector in the potential to increase economic growth. Analysis undertaken to be compared gdp on the basis of constant price of the unfortunate series 2010 and gdp on the basis of constant price of east java series 2010. Model the analysis used analytics location quotient (LQ), analysis shift share, model growth analysis ratio (MRP), and analysis klassen typology. Based on the research done, Malang city development planning unfortunate can be directed to sector-sector that is seeded could lead to accelerate the region development in the potential, through this analysis this research policy formulation city unfortunate capable of accurately regarding resources and potentials owned by the city in order to increase economic growth. According the results of the analysis instrument typologies klassen Malang City having economic sector and that seeded grow rapidly compared with the same sector in the province of east java is ( a ) water sector procurement , waste management , waste , and recycled , ( b ) the construction sector , ( c ) the trade sector large and retail; reparation cars and motorcycles , and ( d ) the services sector other
