Abstract
Sektor pariwisata dapat dijadikan sumber pendapatan suatu daerah. Salah satunya Sumber Maron yang pada awalnya hanya digunakan untuk keperluan warga tetapi sekarang dijadikan sebagai objek wisata sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan warga dan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengembangan wisata Sumber Maron dengan sustainable livelihood approach dan untuk mengetahui peranan pemerintah desa dalam sistem pengembangan. SLA menggunakan lima modal yaitu modal SDM, SDA, keuangan, fisik dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah modal SDM belum berkelanjutan karena belum ada upaya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan dan kualitas SDM itu sendiri, modal SDA belum berkelanjutan karena belum ada kesadaran diri pada kelestarian lingkungan, modal keuangan berkelanjutan karena banyaknya pengunjung yang datang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan, modal fisik berkelanjutan karena sarana dan prasarana dibangun dan dibenahi untuk mendukung pembangunan wisata ini, dan modal sosial berkelanjutan karena dibentuknya paguyuban pedagang untuk menghimpun kekuatan dan kebersamaan anggota dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan memudahkan kerja sama dengan pihak pengelola. Pemerintah desa belum ikut campur dalam pengelolaan Sumber Maron karena belum adanya payung hukum yang mengatur.
English Abstract
The tourism sector can be used as a source of income for a region. One of the Sumber Maron initially only used for the purposes of the citizens but now serve as tourist attractions so as to increase the income of the citizens and regions. This research aims to determine the development system of Sumber Maron tourism with the sustainable livelihood approach and to know the role of the village government in the development system. SLA using five capital ie human capital, natural resources, finance, physical and social. This research uses qualitative descriptive research approach.The data in this research is obtained through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research is that human capital has not been sustainable because there is no effort to improve education and quality of human resources itself, the natural resources has not been sustained capital because there has been no self awareness on environmental sustainability, sustainable financial capital because of the large number of incoming visitors can increase revenue, sustainable physical capital because facilities and infrastructure are built and improved to support this tourism development, and sustainable social capital due to the establishment of a merchant community to bring together the strength and togetherness of members in solving problems and facilitate cooperation with the management. the village government has not intervened in the management of Sumber Maron because there is no legal umbrella governing law.
